wasn't sure about the game bit, since in most things in the game the color pallet is rather low. but the song is most likely 48, not 64, most songs created in software programs, especially games and music production (releases by famous artists) are more often mixed at 48 for data space's sake

I recently got into undertale (I was a bit nervous because the fandom's a bit over obsessive) I LOVE UNDERTALE MUSIC THOUGH
