I work at the PDC in perryville and it is by far the worst business I've ever witnessed for time theft. I love the fact that it's a multinational, cultural and very diverse and loving place. Unfortunately weak trained management allows things to go on that's very disgusting to the worker that's true and hard-working. They're LP program needs to be completely revised
They get their ideas from the MDC sephora in belcamp MD the worst business they set you up hire you and you see them doing you wrong and get you fired and play victims and think about themselves cause they have they own business and do what they want and fu k you over
I'll tell you everything I know because I used to work for I used to their bitchboy
MDC is the worst type of business don't even work for those bastards as soon as you doing good you make a good percentage as soon as you're making a good percentage be dropping for no reason make you start all over again then they dismiss your ass the terminated me for no reason and after that I can no longer work or apply at any other store that makes me suffer if you want to be on a get over type of s*** Sephora in Belcamp will never hired until I got hired on at the other one in perriman at the PDC soon as I leave the PDC go back to Belcamp they want to hire me on they give me a hard time to do me dirty birthday act like that your friends but they're not they're just playing your ass guess fighting has to be the last answer to the problem
MDC and is the worst definite purpose for you want to work first you get hired on permanently in the next thing you know you think you're good doing good but then they said that you're doing bad and the next year you know as soon as you get that percentage they just drop it make you start all over again and talk about it's not good enough and you get paid every 2 weeks the payroll is not s*** it's shity take it from me I used to work there okay and got terminated I can never go back to do my best they didn't give a f*** did not show any remorse you should know how to make enemies
