I work at the Sephora in perryville Maryland. I lately have been disgusted by the lack of management in lower grade management. I respect that they earn their way up the ladder. That is very honorable. But the fact that they allow employees to get paid the same as me get away for working half an hour of every hour of every day blow's my mind. I thought this was a business that hard work got recognized and appreciated. Not at my warehouse. The old heads that have been there for five plus years just mosey around doing their job. Not very incentivizing

Sephora is a great job! I just refuse to accept it for what it is because it can simply be so much better, easily!
