I worked for targets wharehouse it was huge. They literally took us into the wharehouse we had ear plugs in and there was like 20 of in a group they gave us the scanner guns and a 30 min run down on how to pick and sent us into the Grinder for 12 hours. I can't tell you how many orders I fucked up in 13 hours lol. Wish the training was better. This RF scanner seems way simpler than the ones target uses.

Or do they give you visual directions via a product list on a peice of paper or something? Kindof a dumb question, but just wanted to make shure. Thanks.

I went to a warehouse a bit similar to this and lasted 1 day. The next time I came in I was told to go home and never come back as I was too slow. I was told by this lady that I had to scan minimum 100 items per hour. I was doing 300+ each hour. I thought I was doing well tbh. Turns out they (the supervisors) actually wanted me to scan minimum 800. EIGHT HUNDRED per hour. That's absolute fucking bullshit. Is that even physically possible? I was working faster than the person that was teaching how to do this crap and they said nothing to him. It's like they didn't even give me a chance. Finding a job where I live is next to impossible I'm only 18 man. Nothing is working out for me rn and when I thought things would get better this happened. I'm so upset

When i worked at Amazon( for 1 day using these scanners as i couldnt adjust to using 1 which i now realise is pretty easy and the warehouse was so bloody huge), it was as many as u could fit into the box per order, 1 box 1 item would be very impractical.📦

    • @Faithfulresonance1

I start Tuesday but I keep reading such negative comments about the job I got a feeling it won't be long before I get sacked.
Its a heavy cold warehouse, beverages and produce, so heavy work.
I'm strong enough and fairly fit but I don't think I will be quick enough to reach their 92.99% minimum pick speeds.
I will admit it gives me anxiety thinking about it.
