They should have given him a raise and promoted him to chief. You don’t see that kind of dedication in law enforcement so much any more. Go to a town that deserves you sergeant.
The first chase was a little sketchy, 100mph in town with a rising sun blinding the officer, but the other two, if anything, he was not aggressive enough. What was the reasoning for his firing?
This is why I'm so glad I left at 21 and never came back. Y'all let Marley run amuck for years, but fire this guy when his first instinct was to save the person he was chasing. He could have conducted a felony stop on that last one, but instead he grabs his fire extinguisher. Tsk tsk Dalton. Shame on you. Get your house in order before the state has to step in and do it for you.
Why? I have watched this very long video and can not see the reason unless there is a personal reason that would constitute being fired. Is there a cap (of 2) on the amount of chases an officer is allowed to participate in that he violated? I see now why crime rates have risen in this country. How can an officer be expected to do their job effectively? Maybe they just didn't like him and found any reason to get rid of him. I am confused. Someone explain. They put themselves at risk every minute they don the uniform from before they clock in and well after they clock out and this is the thanks they get. it's no wonder why officers are quitting and crime is now on the rise. It's a sad world where the criminals have more protection than those trying to protect and serve their communities.
I came here expecting something gruesome, like cop pitting a car into innocent people, or SOMETHING where the cop was actually at fault. All I see is a cop doing his job properly, yet is punished for it. What a joke.

The state is even worse...
Some fool runs from the cops and it’s the cops fault?? What a backwards world🤷♂️
This officer needs to go to Georgia or Arkansas SP, they love chasing and pitting everyone…they will even pit motorcycles in those states 😂
What? Why was he fired?. W/O any context of your "investigation", none of this makes sense

Always pursue. Fleeing by vehicle should be 10 years mandatory minimum.
Looks like he's just trying to do his job 🤷♀️
so he got fired for doing his job?
Of course not he got fired because hes a nerd LMFAO
@@Tanks_In_Spacethey aren’t running because of a minor traffic violation.
The cop made too many errors speeding .,running red lights many times and almost ramming traffic. He is caught red handed.
You're allowed to do that when running code 3. tf you on about? 🤣
