- Texas authorities may now arrest and prosecute migrants suspected of crossing the southern border illegally after the Supreme Court allowed a state law known as SB4 to go into effect Tuesday while a lawsuit plays out in the lower courts. I live in Austin and travel to Mexico once a month to buy medication that's about $600.00 cheaper than it is in the United States. Mexico has two different checkpoints when entering. Ohh, you also have to pay to enter Mexico. Strangely Mexico takes their border very serious but they don't care who crosses over to go into the United states. I guarantee you there is no way in the world they will take anybody back because they know 80% of the people bar from Venezuela prisons. Even the doctor that I see in Mexico says that they do all they can to make them move on and cross the border because they don't want them in Nuevo Laredo. When I go back across to go home, since I've done this so much, I know a few of the border guards at the checkpoints, I often asked them how it's going and one guard told me he doesn't even know why he has a job and they haven't given it to a illegal. He said illegals have more power than he does. Sad.

Maybe at first they will send the Mexican National guard to put a show and say Mexico won't accept them. But later they will just let them in. They can't even control the cartels, missing people, kidnappings, etc. The Mexican southern border is out of control and they let anyone that gives them money cross to Mexico. Then at Imigracion they ask for more money and they give them temporary stay in Mexico. It will be the same. Corruption is #1 before laws and/or anything else.

Texas has spent about $150 million transporting over 100,000 immigrants to sanctuary cities the last couple years. So Texans can pay the airfare back to China and other countries where these people come from.

Here’s what isn’t being reported though: CBP is able to hold for up to 3 days before illegal immigrants go before a judge. Afterwards, they are given a date to appear for their immigration hearing. That hearing is usually up to 3 years after they’re released. The Biden administration has allowed these people who have been processed to await their immigration hearing while free in the United States, as long as they “claim” they are Mexican citizens. They’re not supposed to work, but they do, and most of the time, never appear for their later hearing. Under Trump, they were required to await their immigration hearing in Mexico.

Majority of them AREN’T Mexican so why would they ? A lot of people are acknowledging that majority of them are Eastern European and Central American. Mexico is under no obligation to accept NON- Mexican citizens.

We get many fruits & veggies from Mexico. Will be drastic shortage. Also many chocolates (Hershey) and other products (P&G), etc. are now made in Mexico. Maybe border closure will help us support American businesses.
