I just got the book and it's so gorgeous to look at! The artwork and the formatting is truly amazing. Also, it's the first TTRPG book I ever read that's actually fun to read (and I read the rules for a bunch of big and small titles alike). You made something amazing and I can't wait for fall to dive into my Skeleton Point campaign with my players
I think it would be awesome if you could do a staff game! I would love to see the people who put their love into the game.. Play the game! 👍 I'm starting my first game as GM next month😀! Absolutely love this book, so beautiful! Great job!👍👍👍👍👍
We've never done that on stream! I am running a game for some of our new GMs this month, and the Limithron Team is headed to Nassau for a sailing trip at the end of the month (may 2023) and we'll be playing lots of Pirate Borg!
Great video. I love these brief overviews instead of overly long explanations. I found this book better laid out vs Cy_Borg which is very hard to read. Not sure about the sample adventure though. Why did they add an extra attribute to the Mörk Borg ones?
In Mork Borg Presence is a bit of a god stat. Shooting, talking and magic all use Presence. So adding Spirit let there be a different between good talkers / shooters and good spellcasters / magic users. It's really well for differencing different characters based of class and RP.
On the End of Days splash page, in the anchor symbol, do those tentacles spell something? They look like letters like a W and an X and an E… I’m referring to the actual game book, not sure if it’s in this video.
Yes for sure! It's just as good for a long campaign as any other RPG. Several game groups are all about upgrading their ship and making it fearsome. There is a full campaign source book coming next.
Im trying out pirate borg for the first time and I'm running the game. I am a little confused on gaining experience. Does it mean after every encounter they gain some or is it after doing something big? I'm running curse at skeleton point so when should I have my players gain experience?
Hello, book has awesome design and on the first Friday next year I will play my first session. The only thing I'm wondering is, why does your edition of the book have ribbon bookmarks and mine doesn't? I have the same version.
How often are you supposed to roll on the Dark Caribbean events table on page 25? The Calendar of Nechrubel on page 16 of Mörk Borg states that the GM and players should choose a d2, d6, d10, d20 or d100 depending on how often you want Miseries to occur. Cy-Borg uses a similar mechanic replacing the d2 with a d4 (page 28).
Throwing around those nice Scythe coins for Devil's Luck 😍Definitely busting those out for the Pirate Borg sesssions.
HA! A True fan here. Love it. Scythe is amazing and make perfect "Chest full of coins" props.

Thank you!
Great job Tyler. I love the visuals. Long Live Limithron!
Thanks Adam!
Just played at Gen Con 2024. One of the best games I played all weekend
Love it!
Very cool! Been playing Dark Tides today too! Limithron rocks
Nice! Glad you like Dark Tides!
Where did you get your dice? I love them! Thank you for this video!
Ok…I’m getting this.
No one gonna talk about the 2 crits in a row lol must be loaded pirate dice.
Only rolled the dice 7 times, and didn't realize it was double 20s till later. Was just trying to get it in frame!
Great video! Can't wait to see more on the naval combat and traversal!
Naval combat Will be next! 🎉
This system looks awesome. The corebook is just amazing! Well done 👏
+1 for “down in the doobleedoo.”
Great video! Thanks for putting this together.
Thanks for watching! Let me know if there’s other content you’d like created.
Just played my first session today, Naval Combat was really cool!
Great intro to a great game!
Tell me about those boney dice! Where can one grab them?
I second this! You ever found out where he got em?
@@Circus1943 i've not, unfortunately
Can you play the campaigns solo?
No, but there is a solo mode coming in the 3rd part book called "Cabin Fever" written by M. Allan Hall.

"Limithron you magnificent bastard I've read your book!"

Hahaha! I saw your face on my youtube page and was like, "Hey!" I met that guy!
I feel the same way when I see YOUR videos!
Hey! I got the book and I have one question, are attacks and actions different in a turn of combat? How does the average PC combat turn look like?
Looks and sounds great. Nice rules light fun game.

I’m referring to the actual game book, not sure if it’s in this video.
Yes, it spells "Wretched" The name of the faction!
@@limithron thanks for the answer. My poor old brain just can’t see it. 😢
Does it have campaigns

Is it possible to adapt this to play solo by any chance?

You have the 2nd printing instead of the first printing.
We’re in a ttrpg golden age. Anchors up!
Hell yeah!
0:36 am I mistaken or did you roll two natural 20s in a row
Can you buy the cool Limithron t-shirt?
Not yet, but aiming for later this year!

No idea why but was expecting you to have an obscenely thick dutch accent
Ha! I was the 667th person to thumb up the video. Man, I should have left it at 666 :)
So close!
Please mate localize it in Italian! 🙏
Mana Project Studio is publishing the coolest mork borg based games like Orc Borg and Vast Grimm. We need Pirate Borg
