You must not have watched his Donnie brasco interview, he totally ruined it by not shutting the fuck up.
Rewatch it. He interupts multiple times. Asks questions John already answered. Is trying to be controversial by asking inflammatory questions, albeit softly. Granted he does ask indepth questions, he does ask intelligent questions and he clearly has done a TON of research. So good on him for that. But he's not that great of an interviewer.
I do have to say one thing. If Alite is lying, I'm still impressed with his recall of names. I can't remember what I ate for lunch yesterday!
Patrick is by far the most consistently good interviewers not only on UA-cam but anywhere period. If someone wanted to learn how to construct a proper interview just watch some Valuetainment videos. The way he actually allows his guests to elaborate on a topic is what really sets him apart for me.
