Thank you 😊 you can try with peppers of different color. Also with zucchini can replace the tomatoes, it won’t be the same but anything you cook with lots of garlic can only be delicious 😋

This is my kind of meal in the summer. Lots of salads. I love tabouli. I make mine with Quinoa, since I can't eat wheat. I also use scallions/green onions in mine. I would have made Babaganoush from the Aubergines for Philip. Yum. I love Middle Eastern food!
Yummy,healthy, fresh,veggie feast! Setting and table dreamy. Love mezze! So many things you can make.Wld use estate produced cold pressed EVOO from Italy, Greece,Spain, or a Middle East country.The dark green, unprocessed oil creates a deeper flavor !Best on salads.
