    I was fortunate to be at the last Patreon Day and the food was delicious! It was presented so beautifully in that great LaLande outbuilding with the tables so well set on Sarah’s tablecloths so that the food seemed even more special. Thanks for the reminder of a very special day, Dana. You created a fabulous meal and great memory for us all. 💗🇨🇦

      Thank you 😊 you can try with peppers of different color. Also with zucchini can replace the tomatoes, it won’t be the same but anything you cook with lots of garlic can only be delicious 😋

    The camera loves you Dana. There were a few "eyes up here ,food prep down here" moments. Who would not linger with food lovingly prepared by you .A Feast for the Eye and Taste.

    This is my kind of meal in the summer. Lots of salads. I love tabouli. I make mine with Quinoa, since I can't eat wheat. I also use scallions/green onions in mine. I would have made Babaganoush from the Aubergines for Philip. Yum. I love Middle Eastern food!

    please prick surface of the aubergine with a fork (to let our the steam) before it goes in the oven...otherwise they can explode (it happened to me!)

    Yummy,healthy, fresh,veggie feast! Setting and table dreamy. Love mezze! So many things you can make.Wld use estate produced cold pressed EVOO from Italy, Greece,Spain, or a Middle East country.The dark green, unprocessed oil creates a deeper flavor !Best on salads.

    Slow down tell people what you're adding so we know how to make it. The only thing you said was peppers and ripe Tomatoes then we see you chopping what is it your chopping disappointed

      Thank you for watching , it is all there , image and written. cut on four or five or little it doesn’t matter as the tomatoes are melting during the hour of cooking in low fire . As for the peppers in slices. It’s The easiest dip ever ! Like eggplants and the rest 😊😘
