When the DPF light comes on the DPF is only 40-45% full and you do a regeneration by running it at high speed at speeds over 50MPH or 80 Kmh for a few miles and it regenerates, never turn the ignition off with the DPF light on, forced regeneration rarely works because people keep switching the engine off with the DPF light on and it eventually fills it 100% so it needs removing and cleaning or replacing.
So, if you remove the DPF and never replace it, doesn't the fuel eventually damage the engine? Especially if the Diesel quality is not very good? Thank you, S.
Physically remove it - new pipe or gut out the filter, then re-map the ECU to stop performing DPF functions. Alternatively, there are expensive simulators that you plug into the OBD2 port that fool the ECU after physical DPF removal.
Nice feature, DPFs are Diesel's cryptonite for short trip habits
Nice video. I've done the same it's beautiful 👌👌👌

Some videos talking about cleaning gadgets. Do you think this is working? Thanks

Dpf is in the exhaust not the fuel system
Are you in Zambia
Hi what was the process of removing dpf
Replace exhaust and have your car tuned and the tune must remove the DPF fault
What’s the process to convert to non DPF…???
