I personally give a lot of importance to Execution in every moment of my life and glad to know that Gym is not an outlier! I followed you and seen improvement in my muscles. Also I wanted to ask if the high protein oats which comes with chocolate flavours have sugar added. So is it ok during the cutting phase.

    bro , you are doing great , I watch your channel only because I like your form ,it looks beautiful, but there’s always some room for improvement ,I would like you to check out a channel reniscence periodisation , he talks about two main ingredients for hypertrophy(according to latest researches ) 1. Eccentric control and much more important the 2nd the deep stretch of the muscle in every rep. Just check that out because I have tried it and it feels great , and as your goal is hypertrophy weights are least thing that matters what matters is stimulus, as this style of training will further make you choose lighter weights

    Progressive overload also includes executing the rep better session by session. In a way you’re still progressive overloading. It feels weird saket ditching his own principles and forgetting the basics.
