Coz a lot of us are not in a run to pose on the stage in a bodybuilding competition, and it does not mean we can't, we just don't want to, due to the field specificity we have chosen for our future and maintaining a good physique, working out daily, eating in the right proportion will allow me to be healthy for a long run. And Saket is the one who focuses on the raw and scientific detailings with his experiences. So, I adore @Saketgokhale 😌

I was suffering the same sleep issues as you a few years ago. Your sleep problems might be related to the consumption of high amounts of caffeine. I would recommend drinking black coffee in the morning as you already do and avoid pre-workout after 12pm. Also you should look into the half life of caffeine and how long it stays in the system to get an idea of what I am talking about. Massive fan of your content btw, love from USA.

bro, try eating your last meal 3 hours before sleeping... maybe since you eat all your calories late in the day, your body prioritizes to digest the food rather than focusing on sleep. It will improve your sleep quality.
But if you do that wouldn't you be empty stomach for two long. Like if you are eating 3 hours before and sleeping for 8. Then you haven't eaten anything for 11-12 hours. I personally eat an hour before sleeping and don't usually have any problem going to bed.

Hello, You do 3 sets per workout per muscle and starts with a warm up set with half of your Personal best. What is the weight you choose on your second and third set?. Correct me if I am wrong I guess you go with your personal best on your second set and then drop a bit on your final set. ?

We also need guidance on building muscles. Can you create videos with basic tips for women focusing on body recomposition, including weight loss and muscle gain? there is no special/ different exercise for women, stick to the basic, go to gym perform either full body 3x or upper/lower split 4x a week, hit every muscles 2x a week and apply progressive overload.
