  • This video shows how to adjust and/or replace the clutch lever on a Yamaha TT-R125 dirt bike (all model years and variants). The specific bike in the video is a 2009 Yamaha TT-R125LE. This video may also apply to many other dirt bike and motorcycle models as well, regardless of brand or displacement.

    my clutch doesnt grab until the lever is all the way out is my clutch just fried

      The clutch cable can be adjusted in two locations - at the handlebar and down by the clutch cover as well. Try to adjust the clutch at the clutch cover as well (follow the cable to find it). If you can't get the clutch to grab after fully adjusting it at both the cover and the handlebar, it is likely you have a bigger issue such as a completely worn clutch.
