Bought my daughter a ttr125 for Christmas, She has never rode before, so i bought her a rekluse clutch to lessen the learning curve. The rekluse clutch arrived on the 24th. Tech support was closed and the directions weren't as awesome as I'd hoped. If it wasn't for this video, i wouldn't of had it done in time for Christmas. I sincerely thank you for taking the time to do this! PS we rode for 6 hours yesterday and she's a natural!
Thanks for the install video, especially a recent Rekluse install for the TTR125. I installed one back in January on my '01 and since I've been trying to dial it in. Your video helps confirm that I've got the steps done correctly, I just need a little more fine tuning. Appreciate you taking the time to upload.
I'll second what Monica said, thank you for the video and detailed installation. I installed one in the wife's bike last summer and I think it need to adjust it some more. My clutch cable seemed to be to tight, regardless of my adjustments. I even ordered a new cable, thinking that the previous owner maybe changed it at one time and installed the wrong one. With her bike, it just seems that it goes too, to high of a RPM range before it engages and pulls. I don't remember it being that high to move the bike before the installation. I'll have to tear into it again and double check all of my measurements. Thanks for taking the time to make the video!
Any danger to getting the adjustments off if you are replacing all of the stock friction disks during install? Wondering if there should be a break in period and then come back and put the Rekluse in. Edit, also on the Rekluse website I am noticing they provide new green colored springs to replace the oem ones. Being that this was 4 years ago I am wondering if some of the complaints about being out of adjustment stemmed from the oem springs used with older kits.
hey i got a 1981 xt 250. Do you know what the tolerance is on that or how I might find out? I'm going to try 25 thousandths and get it between 23 and 28 thousandths for now and see if that works

Where did you get the clutch
Why the licence plate mount over the fender and not under?
