*in Spongebob voice* I NEEEEEEEDD IIIIIT! Seriously though, everything about this sequel looks gorgeous and amazing. I hope they give us more character development and events between the main party. I give zero f**s about thighs, but I do care about character dynamics.
Swimming and swinging in Atelier NANI!? Can’t wait though love the Atelier series and I hope they make a Dusk series reboot like Lulua in the future 😊

I can't wait...Ryza is the very 1st Atelier MC to get a actual sequel. The 1st game of Ryza had the best sale of all the Atelier games in Gust's history.
I've also seen Lots of good reviews on the 1st game so i hope this will be as good as the first one.
Apart from Iris? But I guess she wasn’t the main character, even though she was in the title.
@@zoozbuh I haven't played Iris, did that have the same MC in it's next titles? Coz if not then Ryza takes the cake for being the first Atelier MC to get a sequel and being the MC again for the sequel
@@zoozbuh no atelier iris trilogy apart from the title didn't have same MC, even a character named Iris only become heroine/MC/playable character in the third entry..

@@2BooG in atelier iris series, she is at least the only alchemist with atelier have the name of iris, the first two entries' Iris is not alchemist with an altelier although she can synthesize also she is not a playable character.
And yeah, both Iris is unrelated, Atelier Iris 2 is prequel to Atelier Iris 1 I think, both have same Iris as supporting character, Atelier Iris 3 however is completely unrelated.
I just looked at the Japanese version of the trailer and they showed off the Collection Box. I truly hope we get a good one WITH AN OST THIS TIME, KOEI and GUST

I'm not big on mascot characters, but DAMN Lent looks buff as heck and going to the capital was exactly what I wanted in the sequel. Super pumped!

Instant preorder/day 1 for me. The first one was really good, to the point it left me wanting more after finishing it, which is something I rarely feel after finishing a game.
Glad to see they've added some new mechanics like swimming and climbing etc. Can't wait 😁

If this game is even half as good as the last one then we're in for a good time! - Still can't believe I'm hyped for an Atelier game but after playing the last one my mind was blown how well they nailed it... I hope they don't change too much mechanically or thematically. More story, more missions, more battles, more environments and MORE RYZA sounds like the right recipe for success!

Right after I beat persona 4 golden this weekend, i'm playing through the first Atelier Ryza. It's just been sitting in my steam library.

@@nicodcruzgamescollection1217 hope they can find a good formula and keep it at that. Eventually they'll run out of ideas, and new battle system each and every game has gotta be a hit or miss thing.

i rly dont want that. Like please dont. Please let it be a goodbye in the form of that she has to piss off somewhere else. I would be rly pissy if they killed Klaudia. I liked the wholesomeness of the first game and yeah maybe it would be super boring but i would like this game to continue that trend.
@@Taihouchan Ryza's bond with Klaudia is much stronger and deeper than with Fi.
@@karurosu4121 Ryza and Klaudia are always together like glue. I too would be sad if Klaudia dies in this.
But if they make this like Nier Automata where there will be character arcs and the True Ending will be reached after playing all character arcs it'll be awesome.
@@karurosu4121 It would be awesome if the last story arc will give u 2 choices, one will lead to a "What if" Ending, and the other one will lead to the "True Ending".

^ What you described is exactly what you’ll be getting. Unfortunately the story is a little more ambitious than previous Atelier games, so there’s less time for banter between characters etc, but it’s still a very laid-back, relaxing, beautiful game. Not like other angsty, overly serious RPGs.
Get hyped for greatness and thiccness Ryza Is back! After clearing the first game (and loving every second of every hour of It and still doing post game) My excitement level for the sequel can't be measured She's Beautiful She's thicc Her name Is Reislin Stout and She's Back!! Ryza fans Get hype!

Nope the first one is not time based and i doubt the second will be time based.
What is “time based”- do you mean “turn based”? If so, no, they already made a huge change to the battle system so I doubt they would go back again that much.

So to answer that I think it's gonna be similar in the second title.

Tecmo is the publisher not the creators, the company making this game is Gust. They mostly make only Atelier games.
Tecmo has multiple department that work on different games each. Gust has become one of them. Gust release an atelier game on an average of 1 game per year. This is one of the reason why I love this series so much.
