I use tea leaves and tea grounds from bagged tea for different textured dirt/landscape materials. The tea bags are handy for holding items together. they are stronger than paper and thinner than fabric.
@@queencityminis i did the same with the monopoly game i got back from my nephews….looked like they had thrown it around 😝 I salvaged all the bits i could for crafting 😂 Waste not, want not.
😆'talent in a bottle' I love that!! The house is stunning and I always learn something new watching your videos. I will definitely have to try the Zap-a-dap glue because I don't like E6000 either.
How adorable. You have patience like no other. I have a ton of game pieces from Life and Monopoly, never thought of transforming them. That's why I watch you, tons of inspiration. Thank you for a great Saturday kick off.
This abandoned building turned out cute. I actually use real dirt I run out to the yard with a spoon and get some dirt. lol Never used an air brush afraid of painting everything. You know the walls, the carpet and me lol. I agree with the part about just fit the pieces together I don't want to measure them. I'm not perfect but I like your style. Have a great day
Yay you!! This is great. E6000 is useless to me. Beacon is my jam. So glad you’re back at it. I will definitely wreck my family’s game of life to take a stab at this once I gather the misses and such to make it doable.
I absolutely LOVE this! It turned out so good. The Goodwill Outlet is my favorite store for craft supplies. Sadly ours got taken out by a tornado at the beginning of June so we have been deprived of our honey hole. Lol. Thanks for sharing!
Some pastels are harder then others just do to pigment. Try shaving a little off into a small dish; using one blade of a pair of scissors works great if you don't have a "craft knife" or the like out. PLEASE be cautious when doing this some pigments (py35 cadmium yellow, , po20 cadmium orange, and , pr108 cadmium red) are TOXIC to inhale (typically you need a large quantity, but don't risk it)
When using my needle tipped squeeze bottles I temporarily plug the needle tip with a pin to keep it from drying and clogging while I use the glue. It's annoying to put the tiny cap off and on during the process of a project. A needle will also clear the tube of the glue bottle when needed.
I need that zapadapagap glue in my life! It looks amazing...especially for my limited level of patience hahaha. I've never seen it over here in New Zealand so I will have to hunt out what the local version is called
That house definitely looks abandoned! We need one of those guys that cleans yards for sick people for free on YT to come over and take care of that place!
I live in Montana and I can’t find any miniature items except for what’s in Hobby Lobby and Michael’s. They usually only have 1:12 scale and I want 1:24 scale. Any suggestions?
@@queencityminis thank you. Also, if you want to make an old school land line phone with the spiral cord, Temu has ring sizers that would make a perfect stretchy cord. 🙂
You really can’t underestimate the need for primer. Please learn from my time wasted, peeling, mistakes: acrylic paint might look like it has stuck fine to the plastic surface. Until…humidity.
I use coffee grounds for dirt and colored craft sand. Your house is super cute.
Great idea!! Thank you

Now that is fantastic. What a clever crafter you are.
Thank you so much :)
Aaaand now i feel like a goof for not thinking of using my silicone tool for my little lines….
😄 it took me a few years to think of it.
Aw don't I've been around for aeons and still never thought of it!
I can’t believe you were able to do so much for this teeny Tiny house!
Thank you 😊
“Talent in a bottle “ 😂 this is cute!
I speak the truth!
Absolutely love the house and garden...very clever!!
Thanks so much!
Cute idea. Love your teeny house. You are always so resourceful with your materials.
Thank you 😊
Love this, I really love super tiny thing but it's beyond my ancient eyes to actually make them 😮
Thank you 😊
Sooo goooood!! So weird and cool. The strands of Spanish moss look like tentacles 🦑. “I’m using ferns to look like ferns”. Excellent.
Haha thank you!
Outstanding Shyra! That spongy stuff we call 🦌 deer moss, cause deers eat it. Grows wild here.
Oh cool! Thank you
I used to love playing The Game of Life.
Kinda bummed i no longer haven’t it because now i want to try this 😝
I found one on the sidewalk being given away, but it has rained, so the paper portion of the game was ruined. I salvaged what I could.

I've purchased several tubes of E6000 and they've all hardened long before I can use them. No more!
The green really worked in the end. I’d love to see you do more of these. Great tutorial!
Thank you! Maybe I'll do a Christmas themed one.

Thank you! 😊
I really love the green color choice and all the landscaping you added. You're so good at the tiniest makes. I love the lil blue bow on your nail!😊❤
Thanks so much 😊 Having 3d designs on your nails is a hazard. I've already broken two of them.
Qué trabajo para increíble. Como todos tus trabajos, me quedo maravillado. Felicitaciones
Thanks so much 🙏
The details make it. Thanks for sharing all your well crafted things.
You are so welcome!

Well done! Please keep designing love all your work.
Thank you! Will do!
This is how I made a gingerbread house for my Christmas room. I'd love to see your version since you have such a collection of houses!

I made gingerbread houses from Monopoly houses in this video
@queencityminis 😳 I bet this is where I got the idea - I definitely watched this! I need to watch again!
Shyra, another tiny cute creation. 💐

I love beacon as well. I'm not buying e6000 anymore. It's such a waste.
Great idea!!❤
Thank you! 😊

I need to find some pins that don't rust. I tried that but mine rusted.

This is the best dollhouse store! They're located in Amherst, NH, but their website is well stocked.

Why do you avoid superglue?
I do use it, but I like to avoid using it as much as possible since it tends to harden in the tube.
Can’t seem to find Zap a dap II. Can you help? Thanks
