I speak American English, and my ears have never heard, "toilet paper roll" said so prettily!😊❤ Oh, and your projects are so clever! Love the use of materials.
Eva…this is a very cute creation n the outcome is so professional looking. Love it n because it is not too thick it could even fit into a journal with a gift of a few stamps for a page to be done by the person receiving the journal as a gift. Where r you located? Love your accent … I’am from New Brunswick Canada.
As an artist who makes props for tv/film and often makes new things look old, i love what you did with the boxes. I would give you one tip and that is to add the stamps BEFORE doing the brown aging around the edge. That way the lettering can look old too. Otherwise this was spot on to something I would create that would be seen by millions on the big screen. Loved the tutorial
Wow, thank you so much for your kind words and fantastic tip! It means a lot to hear such positive feedback, especially from someone with your experience in creating props for TV and film. I love the idea of adding the stamps before aging the edges to give the lettering that vintage look-I’ll definitely try it next time! I’m so glad you enjoyed the tutorial, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your insight. It’s incredibly inspiring to think my little project could be something that fits on the big screen!
I know what you’re saying, but I don’t think she’s trying to do full on authentic vintage. I like the contrast. Someone else thought she should dye the strings, but again, the contrast is nice.
I love these little boxes, Eva! So many possibilities! You could even stamp them with holiday stamps and hang them on your tree. I can't wait to make them--thank you!
I love these. They remind me of how I used to make little books for my doll house dolls over 50 years ago! I would cut the little boxes Chicklettes came in (the ones that held two pieces), so they had a spine and covers.
I don’t think I’ll actually make these, but this video was very soothing to watch. I love your accent, and the way you say “toilet paper rolls” sounds almost musical! ✨👍🏾
I did something similar with eye drops, vitamins and allergy pills boxes. I used cut up magazine pages to decorate and sewed buttons on to wrap the twine around.. I made them years ago and still use them today. Love your boxes. New sub.
That's a great idea! I have found a few independent companies that sell soaps in decorative old-fashioned-looking boxes. They smell heavenly! I reuse them to gift small things such as candies, jewellery, or mini perfume bottles. People have the tendency to throw away those well-crafted, heavy cardboard boxes instead of gifting or donating them to thrift stores, I'd buy them for $10 per 5 boxes if needed for gifting asap for birthdays and such.
@@naskanaska3025 One Is the perfect size for one package of wooden toothpicks. I use them to hold my paper beads. The other holds white chalk for marking stuff. Happy Holidays.
I have been using these rolls as paper flowers, gift tags, and pencil holders, But never imagined I would see them as small boxes. This is genius! I have a whole stash of toilet paper and gifting paper that I've been given over the years. Also, when companies sell their shoe boxes and shoe papers in it. I try to reuse those for paper mache or wrapping up gifts. Some of the shoe wrapping papers are sold as is have beautiful colours and designs on them.
These are absolutely gorgeous. I’ve been crafting for a long time and haven’t seen something this clever and thoughtful in ages. Thank you for this inspiration 🙏🏻♥️
Oh Eva, your boxes are lovely. Two thoughts I had while watching you create them is if you made little inserts or of wood or some other sized material to hold the box's shape and used potato chip bag clips or clothes pins, you could have a few boxes in progress while the glue dries. These are fabulous boxes that look wonderful and will be so fun for people to display or use to put other gifts or creations inside of. Excellent Thank you
Thank you so much Eva, I’ve watched this again, because I’m going to try this out and make some for holding money gifts for my kids and grandkids tooxxxx Mags ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Watching you craft is so inspiring. I appreciate you giving all the measurements, but in the end I just fold away and I bet that is what you hope we will create. I always head to the craft room after watching you. Thank you for sharing all these years.
Eva, these boxes will be perfect for a bit of Halloween candy and stickers for my 3+4 yr old granddaughters. At present school, they use TP rolls for all kinds of crafts, so I know they will especially appreciate these boxes. They’ll be great year round for small gifts. Thanks, dear.
This is a beautiful idea. I absolutely love them and the fact they are recycled makes them even better. I was thinking about all the things that they could be used for like game pieces, jewelry for a little one, my 2x3 pics and so much more. Thank you for the idea.
How exciting Eva, I can't tell you how amazing it is to see you using the stamps. I hope you are loving them and these turned out incredible my friend XXX
YEEEY! Hi Lorna🤩 I love love your stamp collection very much! Great images, perfect size and super quality. They became my everyday craft needs 🥰 Thank you so much for creating such a great collection girl
Wow! These are fantastic. I like how carefully you showed your steps. I have not bought as many stamps as you have; I live in a very small space. Thank you so much for this fun project. ❤
Cool boxes for these small bags of tea, coffee, chocolate etc together with a bag of sugar, creamer, etc. A good little surprise for coworkers, teammates etc. Thank you for sharing your creativity with us ❤ Greetings from Denmark 😊
These are great! If I could do one thing differently, I would use some of that brown ink on the string as well to help it match the distressing on the box.
oh Eva you are so talented I love how you can take something so simple as toilet roll and make some thing so creative you are a true genius thank you for sharing with us I love every thing you do big hugs
Great ideas! Very cute little boxes. You might be able to use paper towel rolls cut down also. I don’t have very many stamps but a few carefully chosen stamps would be perfect. I just might try them. Thank you for this delightful craft idea!

Miss Eva, they look adorable and yes, they look vintage for sure. I will now have to start saving toilet paper rolls. Thank you for sharing and God Bless you and your family. 🥰💖💖💖💖💖👍👍👍👍👍(🌹🐞🦂🌵)
Love the little toilet paper rolls made into boxes. What a cleaver way to recycle them. Ive seen other videos using these rolls, but this is the best one yet ! Happy birthday to your mom. Hope she had a beautiful day !
Great idea, looks very cool with the stamps, I would use magnets to keep the lid shut, easier to handle especially for kids. You also could make a nice advent calendar, which I will do, so thanks a lot for showing. Wish you all the best, greetings from Germany ❤

I love repurposing things! These are so great! For each holiday, I make different treat boxes for the 3 little boys next door. They love my different boxes. Genius is out of something that most would pitch in the trash😊
