As a family, we decided to build an economical and ecological house from 5 shipping 40HC containers. We were, like many of you, limited money and time, so the goal was to build a house as quickly as possible. This project is a great proof that even a layman and a person outside the construction field can build a full-fledged house. We managed it in 9 months. The house with a size of 140 m2 of living space, without a kitchen and landscaping, reached a price of 78000 $. In sum, underlined, the price of the land is 43000$, the selling price is approximately 440000$

he modified and removed so much from the shipping containers, it seems just easier to just build the whole structure in a more traditional way. I don't get why they are used in the first place. but the video is pretty cool, I like it!

Many wasted man hours. They gutted or covered very inch of the container. A cold formed structural home could have been erected in one day on a slab. Finished within a few weeks. This project probably took a very long time.
I have the same thoughts as well, but it's still very impressive
I'm pretty sure you can save millions by doing a container build.
I'm no expert so I can't say if that is true.

I was enjoying the build, up until i seen how much time was wasted modifying the containers.
I have no idea how long it took to build this Container House but just watching the time lapse felt like it would take at least 2 to 3 years to complete ????

doufám že to stálo zato je to hezký jen moc nechápu jakou výhodu to má? víc práce a lacinější to asi též nebude kvůli drahých materiálů které v murovaném domě nepotřebuje.
ty kokso, tak to fakt smekám, narazil jsem na toto video náhodou, ale hned mě zaujalo, jelikož o něčem podobném dlouho uvažuji, ale tohle, v jednom, s nadšením a tak precizní s výsledkem nádherného designového domu, fakt klobouk dolů. Hned jsem šel na první videa , už výběr pozemku, situaci domu ke slunci, je vidět že se s paní doplňujete a nebojíte se výzvy, tak ať vám slouží dům k radosti a jste v něm šťastní. Jdu se dívat dál, zatím jsem u 4ky 😀

To je bomba, párkrát jsem na tím přemýšlel, že to přeci musí jít a cením, že má někdo koule se do toho pustit. Na stavebním museli asi docela čumět :D
Díky, byl jsem mile překvapen, že neměli výhrady. Samozřejmě jsem dostal pár podmínek. Třeba příklad tocena fasáda a pod. Ale jinak klasické stavební řízení. Na ohlasku,jestli se nepletu, zastavena plocha do 150m2.

You just built a cooler with windows and doors making this house the best insulated ever.
The other thing that caught my attention, as a metal worker myself, is that you use metal everywhere a partition was needed. There's nothing more solid and durable than steel when it comes to construct a safe solid nest.

Vypadá to opravdu moc dobře. Jezdím kolem, tak se vždy rád na dům podívám. Dům má z mého pohledu jen jednu nevýhodu. A to, že jeho základ tvoří kontejnery. )

Je nádhrený a byl to super nápad takhle využít staré přepravní kontejnery :)
využít? vážně? já spíš jen koukám že to je dle mě docela zbytečnost.. peníze se neušetřili vůči cihlám, barák vyšel na 2 mega.. konstrukce stejěn posvařovaná, bočnice kontíku rozřezané..... jako kdybys vzal jekly a posvařoval si to tak je to to samé... prostětady dle mě úplně unikl výsledek uplně jinam od kontejnerové stavby teda...

Stavař nejsem, ale nemovitostí jsem díky své profesi viděl tisíce. - z exterieru je to moc hezký dům. Zajímal by mne interiér. Půdorysně... идея хорошая, но сколько смотрю , то больше склоняюсь к тому, что проще каркас сварить из нормальной стали (без усталостных нагрузок, какие есть в б/у контейнере) и с учетом практически полного демонтажа обшивки и ряда опорных конструкций в контейнере - проще сварить с все с "нуля"!!!
Лучше из кирпича сложить цена +- одинаковая

@@finki058 все коробки +- в одну цену. За исключением сип панелей и подобных им технологий. Иначе из кирпича никто бы не строил. Кирпич будет дорого если строить по требованиям СНИП относительно толщины наружных стен.
Из контейнеров можно было "дёшево" строить лет 15 назад. Ибо они были дешёвые и был выбор, а сейчас нет.

А ещё, контейнер может быть поражён радиацией! Смотрится конечно изумительно, но это от части, потому что необычно!

HitHit opět malinko poskočil, pracuji zrovna na slevách od hlavních dodavatelů, tak aby se tenhle dům dal postavit za co nejmíň peněz. Tak uvidíme. Bude nám potěšením když se stavíš :)))

Pretty darn cool! I love the glass, steel and concrete LA modern type of home. I saw a lot of container builds in South America. I have been fantasizing about this kind of thing for many years. Concerns I have heard are of the carcinogenic nature of the marine paints used in container saltproofing. Amazing amount of insulation installed here. The end product is exquisite.

If you have never built your own home with your own hands( which I have)then just keep paying your mortgage, while this man keeps his mortgage money all the way to the bank. The reinforcement of the containers is only a problem to someone who doesn't know how to weld and create things. The shipping containers get you ahead of the game because once they are set up, your structure is already done( walls, floors and ceilings). Anyone who thinks that a stick built house is stronger then a steel structure, should just keep quite. He took years and didn't have to worry about termites, rotting wood, etc...)

These containers are built to be cheap, they are not strong in any way and can easily be torn apart. It's still impressive but it isn't a quality way to make a home.

In some countries this is treated as a "temporary" construction so you don't actually need building permit for this. Saves time and costs of design and legal permits.

Vypadá to moc pěkně, ale zajímaly by mě 4 věci.
1) Zkoušeli jste porovnat cenu takto zhotovené stavby s cenou ocelového skeletu dělaného od nuly? Nevím na kolik přijdou lodní kontejnery, proto mě napadá, zda by nebylo prostě jednodušší svařit si vlastní skelet z oceli, přičemž bych při vymýšlení dispozice nebyl omezen rozměry kontejnerů :)
2) S jakou životností počítáte u takovéto stavby? Věříte tomu, že nátěr ochrání ocelovou konstrukci před korozí po dobu celé předpokládané životnosti domu (konstrukce podlahy domu nad zemí)?
3) Ověřoval někdo zda nebude ve vnitřním zateplení kondenzovat vlhkost a nebude docházet ke vzniku plísní? Z videa to není úplně patrné, ale přijde mi, že tloušťka EPS z vnitřní strany tvoří téměř polovinu celkové tloušťky zateplení (v místě vlny, kde sypete rozdrolený EPS). Nebojíte se, že vzhledem k minimální difúzní propustnosti trapézového plechu bude docházet ke kondenzaci vodní páry na jeho vnitřním povrchu, potažmo v EPS? (Na parotěsnou fólii bych vzhledem ke způsobu její montáže moc nespoléhal.)
4) Ověřoval někdo tepelnou stabilitu obytných místností v letním období? Nevím kam jsou orientované ty HS portály, ale vzhledem k absenci nějaké masivnější akumulalční konstrukce, se nemohu zbavit dojmu, že se tam v létě upečete :)
PS: Neberte to jako útok nebo kritiku. Jen mne Vaše řešení zaujalo a zajímaly by mě výše popsané detaily :)
Zdravím Vás, úplně v klidu, zkusím v zkratce, svařování od začátku, mam informace ze se to oplati spíše u malé buňky resp prodejny či kavárny, u takhle velkého projektu by se to asi neoplatilo, druhá věc co by mi na to řekl statik, kontejner je staven tak aby na nem mohlo stát dalších 6 kusu. Ted mam tedy jistotu ze je to ok. Ptal jste se na řez, kontejnery jsou vyráběny z corten plechu. Ošetřené jsou všechny svařovane místa. Takze z tohodle hlediska je to taky ok. Co se týče vlkosti a vzdušnosti, ano udelali jsme z toho termosku 😁 takže je povinná rekuperace vzduchu, na patro jsou objednaný venkovní žaluzie z90, na přízemí se v letním období plánujou použít trojúhelníkove plachty, jsou přichystané oka, vytvoří se tak clona před celým přízemim a příjemné prostředí na terase.

Byl jsem mile překvapen že s tím nebyl zadnej problém. Tedy az na fasádu, na to byla podmínka, ale spíš proto že jsme v památkové zóně. Jinak super.

Container houses usually means simple living. In this house you had to remove /cover/replace all the parts of the container either for insulation, for structural strength or for the sheer practicality of it. In the end containers were just acting as scaffolding of the house while you build around or over them. The house did have a chance to look quirky but you covered the exposed part to hide the only quirk.

I think it's enough to insulate the house in such a way that the dew point is in the outer layer of insulation. A ventilated facade and vapor-permeable membrane will help solve the problem of condensate drainage from the outside. Reliable waterproofing of the interior of the walls, competent installation of windows with ventilation/recuperation in the premises will help solve problems with condensation and moisture removal inside the house. The metal of walls will not corrode, and the house will last a very long time
@@pedrog1580 I can't say about the cost. I think it depends on many factors.The cost and location of the land plot can solve everything, as in my case. And a container house is a modular design. This can be dismantled for use on another piece of land.

Zdravím Vás taky, v srpnu budou dva roky od kolaudace a zatím jsem neshledal žádné podstatné nevýhody. Topíme infrafoliemi na 21, aktuální vyúčtování byl přeplatek 5000Kč, zálohy v minulem roce činili 4800Kč. Celková spotřeba včetně teplé vody, rekuperační jednotky která jde nonstop a prací na Tinyhouse který jsem dělal na parkovišti před domem.

Probably one of the most thermally efficient houses I've watched be built on the tube, however the amount of petroleum based insulation just made the green energy crowd (who actually know what is petroleum based) crap their pants. Awesome build.
