@@GlamGirlGabi LOL. Hard to picture you ever looking awful :) Thanks for the tips. Sometime you might do a video about nutrition for hair. It is definitely possible to thicken hair with various foods and supplements. Works for fine hair too of course!
Like me you probably have high porosity hair and blow drying it is your best option. Air drying will damage and make high porosity hair look fried/frizzy. The quicker you go from wet to dry will improve help with frizziness. I love redken acid bonding shampoo conditioner to seal cuticle.
I had noooo idea!!!! Also I have thin thinnnnnn hair but I would give up all my hair if I could help my daughter😭 she is 30 as suffering hair loss. It is destroying her and breaking g my heart beyond!!! I am sending this link .
I will tell you a secret a high end hair stylist taught me on newbury street in Boston. When you got all the products in your hair to start blow drying, start on one side, put the hair up and blow dry section by section, but realize that warm air makes you being able to shape your hair, so if you want your hair to have volume, after blow drying with hot air upwards you need to follow with cold air, so that when you put the hair down again, it wont fall flat. I'm not sure if I explanied it good, english isn't my main language. You want to cool down the hair after the hot air in order for it to hold it's shape.
I just want to remind women that it is not a flaw to have fine hair. If fine hair is healthy it has actually the best silky quality out there. My hairstylist once told me that fine hair most of the times can handle more styling and even bleaching than thick or curly hair, because of its elasticity. If you struggle with hair loss it has nothing to do with your hair type. Embrace your beauty there is no disadvantage about fine hair.
I have very fine hair and my husband will often just pet my hair and stroke it like I'm a dog. LOL It's really that soft. Unfortunately, that means that it doesn't want to do anything other than hang there.
I feel your stylist told you some true facts. I have a medium thick hair and my hair gets very dry and damaged when ever I get my highlights done. It takes 3 months to recover from that chemical treatment. I am person that loves going to the beach; thats why I get it done in spring , so I can enjoy the salty water in the summer. Also, I can't take heat from hot tools no more than 350.
Hi Gabi. I’m a licensed cosmetologist (over 10 years now) and I also have fine hair. I actually agree with you-blow drying is essential for achieving volume with fine hair. Using a heat protecting spray will help prevent damage (Redken has a great one). Also, I noticed in the video you went straight to round-brushing your wet hair but that isn’t the best way. You should not begin roundbrushing until it’s about 70% dry. So after you do a basic towel dry so it’s not dripping, use a flat, vented brush…starting from the left side of the head and working around the back to the right, take vertical sections of hair and brush through them downward keeping your diffuser right on the brush bristles. Essentially you are using the air to chase the water down & off your hair. Then when it’s almost dry, begin round-brushing it. Less damage, better results.
Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback Claire! Yes I talk about that on the channel sometimes too. Rough drying can lead to less frizz, less damage and it's much easier and faster. What helps tremendously with volume is to actually lift the hair 90 degrees from the head when rough drying though.
@@virginiemazy7054 Sure! It’s called “Pillow Proof” Blowdry primer & heat protectant spray. It comes in a translucent pink bottle, speeds drying time, adds shine and works on all hair types and textures. Just make sure you buy it from an ACTUAL salon! NEVER buy them online or from a beauty supply/discount store because professional hair & makeup products are ONLY sold to licensed cosmetologists to prevent diversion, which is a growing problem. Those products are NOT THE SAME, and they are either old/expired, diluted or downright counterfeit. I would not trust buying them from anyone who is not a licensed cosmetologist because we sign non-diversion contracts with the product makers to protect the purity & integrity of the products and receive specialized education & training directly from them on how to use them & we then pass that instruction to our clients that purchase them. They only provide this directly to licensed cosmetologists & You will not get that from a cashier at a beauty chain store.
Tips to prevent hair loss: - don’t use brush, use wide-tooth comb - don’t brush or comb hair whilst wet, hair is at its weakest when wet and it will break - don’t use towel to dry wet hair, use soft cotton t-shirt - don’t pull hair into tight ponytail, it may cause permanent hair loss, a condition called traction alopecia - avoid dyeing and heat styling hair to keep damage to a minimum, I understand heat styling may be unavoidable if you want to volumise your hair - wear a hat to prevent UV sun damage or limit sun exposure These tips and more can be found in Dr Dray’s videos on UA-cam
I'm so glad I found you. I have fine hair and now it's thinning and I'm freaking out. Definitely getting a silk pillow case, volumizing products, and I'm going to take the plunge and cut my long hair. I've had shorter cuts a lot of times but it's hard to cut it after growing out. Thank you for these videos. You are so beautiful and make me feel like I can still be beautiful with a shorter cut. Also thank you for advocating for blow drying! I absolutely have to blow dry unless I want to look like a wet dog! 💕💕💕 Thank you!!!
I have thin fine hair and THANK YOU for addressing the challenges. Because of your tips I got my hair cut in a blunt bob. I love it. My hair looks fuller and healthier. Keep up the good work!
Silk pillowcases are amazing! Yes, I have to hand wash it, but it holds the hair so well. I had my hair start into male pattern baldness, due to hormone pellets and wrong dosage. I have corrected that, but it takes a long time to re-grow hair. I found Joan Rivers hair powder and it has been amazing. It doesn't budge and it doesn't transfer. Truly a game changer. Thanks for talking about this sensitive subject.
I am 40. Your advice is INVALUABLE. So detailed. carefull explained. i really can't thank you enough. no one is makin videos THIS GOOD . I have been sad at how thin my hair (used to be VERY thick) has become and this gives me some hope! love it. throughly enjoy the WHOLE video. i hardly ever watch videos from start to finish - but you drop SO many pearls of wisdom, i just love watching and learning from you!

Thank you Gabi, I had brain surgery to remove my grade 3 brain tumor and my hair has grown back but very fine and thin. You can see bold patch. So I will be getting the silk cap for sure. Xxx
God bless you each every day girlie💞Sending love from from Indiana ( 1hr from Chicago) .. I feel the struggle girl. Using a scalp scrub has CHANGED MY LIFE!! I use from Ulta* DHue ACV Scalp Scrub
Yaaas, silk pillow cases are a must. I have about 10 of them and will not travel without them either. Very fine and naturally wavy, frizzy hair here too.
Set your hair when it's wet. Use a leave-in like Rusk Thicker. You can spend a few minutes with your blow dryer going around your head with the rollers still on. Take your hair out and style it, use a volumizing spray where you need it. Basically the roots and a little above your ear. Any place you need it. Lots of volume if you don't want to use the blow dryer.
My personal experience has also been the same.. blow dry is essential.. not only for volumebut it also prevent friziness until next wash.. if i let them.naturally dry.. there is more loss everytime i brush it
Hi Gaby! Love your tricks for dealing w fine hair. My biggest thing I not over relying on dry shampoo. For me, I was using it too much it was actually clogging my follicles causing hair loss. Moderation is definitely key for me. The Nioxin line has been great for priming my scalp for healthy growth by removing build up. Thanks for all your advice!
Gabi, I appreciate your channel. I had an FUT hair transplant three months ago. Your videos helped me make this difficult but successful decision. Thank you.
Gabi, I had frightening shock loss last month. I’m trying to focus on a successful outcome. The doctor who performed my procedure asked me to send him your video. He said I’m one of his top ten jobs! We’ll, well we’ll see, only time will tell.
@@christinemadrazo6755 Oh wow! I hope that it is a huge success for you! The doctor knows best so if he said that, you must have had a really successful transfer! I am thinking of you!
My god when god has purpose IT really does! Discover your channel by total random search today and tips are valueble. The thing u said about silk pillow case and silk cap it totally make sense and it resonate. I’m a health care provider myself and I don’t know why I never thought of something as simple as silk pillow case. I just got my hair highlights today it’s looks pretty but already looking flat due to fine hair. After watching this video I will be watching your video to add volume with hair styling product u mentioned thanks so much for ur tips today
One thing I'm surprised not mentioned by Gabi is the volume effects of dry shampoo! I'm always using it and it also hides the greasy look that's so easy to get with thin hair. Thanks so much Gabi I've been loving your videos!
I’m so glad I found u! I’m 57, have allowed my hair to be natural-I have salt and pepper hair, bt it is fine, thin, and frizzy. I felt hopeless about it. I have been using your amazing tips and starting to love doing my hair again. I use a silk pillow and will be graduating to a silk hair cover. Thank you for what u do! ❤️
This message MADE MY DAY! For one, I LOVE that you went natural. Salt and pepper is SO beautiful and you can finally stop fighting the roots! If you use purple shampoo, the salt part of the hair will get brighter and lose any yellow tones. Try it! It works really well! I left a link in the pinned comment in case you want to you the hair cap and get a bit of a discount. Thanks for watching and hanging out with me today :)
Last year, I started losing hair. I used to shampoo everyday, then tried not to shampoo for one week since I rarely left my house. I googled, and found out that when you don't shampoo often enough, the oil clogs the pores, and that causes hair loss. I went back to shampooing everyday, and my hair is healthy and thicker now.
I did not know I needed to use a volume shampo! Thank you! I sleep on a silk case, but allthough I love it, I dont feel it helps on my hair style in the morning. I will try the bonnet and I feel I dont have landed on a routine that works yet, so my hair is not in a healthy state. A video on how to save unhealthy fine hair would be much appreciated. When I bliw out my hair with a blowout brush, it gets firzzy before it gets dry. I am so glad I found your channel. Not pnly are you knowledgeable, but so sweet.
Hi Gabi. I just discovered your channel and I have always had fine thin hair. As I have gotten older I am now 57 it transformed from straight to frizzy wavy to now pretty curly with mixed wave patterns. I had embraced the curly method and my hair is so much healthier without heat styling. With heat and all the appropriate products I could never get a smooth style anymore especially with humidity. Even a salon styling would last a few hours at best. My hair is just too fine and porous. I also have stopped coloring my hair so I’m 60 % grey and the grey has even changed the texture more and constant coloring was damaging my fragile hair even more. Anyway.. my question to you is can you provide styling tips for reduced/no heat methods for thin fine wavy hair. I see that you choose not to go that way yourself but there doesn’t seem to be much info on the wavy curly side for very fine thin hair. Most curly methods involve too much heavy product that just weighs hair like mine down. Thank you for considering this request and thank you for your helpful content.
Octocurl! Robe ties! There are a bunch of heatless ways to get curl. UA-cam it. Twist two strands toward the back of your head, then twist them together back over front, use a rubber band at the bottom to hold it. Use a dab of gel, I like clear aloe vera, with a few drops of water after you shampoo and condition. Spritz your hair with water after you set it so that it dries fully by morning. To set curl, either sleep in it, or set it for a couple of hours before your event(a cap is great for both methods as it uses your natural body heat). For top volume, I drape the crown of my hair over a headband while I sleep., so it pushes the hair up. You can see that I have white hair that is fine. Heat will burn it yellow.
An alternative to the scalp makeup is Caboki Hair Fiber. Just sprinkle it onto your roots in a color that matches. One little bottle lasts a very long time.
With my fine straight hair, I like to use heated rollers; mostly beause I really am not good at using a heat brush. Right now I'm trying to make the decision to cut my hair into a bob. My hair has been long all my life, but now I'm turning 65, its probably time for a change. Thank you for your tutorials, they are certainly helping me to come to that point of making that decision.
Just so these ladies know on here another game changer is the Organika Powder. Enhanced collagen powder from Costco..honestly it made my sister and my hair both thicker and strong . It was week and starting to fall. Not now😁 God Bless❤️
I always use a silk pillowcase on my pillow. It makes a world of difference to your hair. I discovered your videos when I was looking for some on hair care. I really enjoy watching them. Keep them coming. Valerie from Canada.
I work at drybar, I love their Triple Sec styling product. Its a volumeizer, textureizer, can also be used as dry shampoo. I like to use it after the blowout. I spray it on the roots, since it can used as a dry shampoo, it'll absorb any excess moisture plus add volume. . They teach us the trick to a lasting blow out is make sure the roots are dry as possible
These are such great tips that also translate really well to fine natural hair! I especially love the fact that you mentioned the scalp foundations which I've never heard of before. Thank you so much for making this awesome video!
I completely agree with you about the blow drying. and I find it needs to be high heat also. Absolutely no way can I let my hair air dry. it's great to know others struggle with same issues and I have been doing it right with the blow dryer.. I already use a silk pillowcase and love your hair cap tip and will be ordering one. Because I'm going through a bad stage of hair loss right now, sometimes I will blow dry my hair without a round brush to get it mostly dry and then instead put in velcro rollers to get the volume and style without the tugging that the round brush does.
I'm losing my mind over my thinning hair and trying everything. I'm African American but all my life I've had fine strands, it's super straight when relaxed and very fragile, protein treatments keep my hair really strong now. I never knew until a couple years ago that cotton pillowcases we're destroying my hair. So I now also sleep on satin or silk only...if not wearing my sleepcap. That really helped me too and the length of my hair is much, much longer, but now because I'm getting older, it is thinner. I'm taking Collagen, Spironilactone, biotin... It's helped some but still looks limp. :-( These tips on voluminous shampoos I will definitely try. I used to blow out my hair alot back in the day so my hair looked incredible everyday like yours. I'm just so scared of heat now because I'm older. I'm going to try giant rollers. BTW, your hair looks absolutely beautiful! Also, sleep caps have been a tradition for generations of African American women! They really do work IF made of silk or satin, especially if used consistently.
Thanks for the tips!! I’ve always had thin fine hair. I can’t tell you how many hairdressers have told me that thank god I never got a perm in the 80’s or dyed my hair cause I probably would have no hair right now. I’ve learned to: 1. Not use conditioner (I use a leave in spray if my hair really needs it just a few sprays). 2. I try to NEVER use a BLOW DRIER or hair straightener If I do use a blow drier (special occasions or really cold outside). I use volume spray on the roots of my scalp but only when I blow dry I also blow dry my hair with my head upside down to give more volume. 3. I normally use a sulfate free shampoo 4. only wash my hair every other day. 5. Only get my hair dyed my natural color. I’ve done this recently in the last couple of years to cover up the grays, but I get it in my natural color so no bleaching, less harsh on my hair. 6. Careful about what hair ties I use to prevent breaking 7. I take Biotin vitamins to help strengthen my hair and nails My hair is very shiny and healthy just very thin.
@@imawakemymindisalive13 I try to go longer but I live in Texas where it’s hot as hell most of the year and if I’m exercising it’s not gonna be pretty.
I don't handle heat well, so I blow dry my hair on a warm setting, never hot. Hairdressers have always commented on the good condition of my long hair.
If I don't do an actual blow out on my hair, it's just flat & semi fuzzy. Doesn't matter if I just trimmed it or not, some of my hair wants to be wavy. I'll keep the ends conditioned but blow it out at least every other wash.
I have fine and thin wavy-curly hair which is not dry and not super frizzy, and blowing out my hair makes it look much thinner than air drying and then brushing it out for soft wavy texture. Applying heat just makes my hair very slick and glossy, making the hair lay very close to each other and seeming thinner than normally... I use flat iron to fix strands with weird waves, face framing pieces, and that works better for me than whole blowout since it leaves in slight texture. I can totally vouch for silk pillowcases, my hair just looks so Much worse if I sleep on cotton.
Yes everyone is so so different and you truly have to do whatever works best for you. If this is the best option for you, then always follow that. You know your hair best. I find with my clients and with my own hair, a blowout can take fine hair and make it look super thick but a lot of it is dependent on the blowout technique, products used etc. Regardless of that, if you're happy and aren't looking for a change then that is all that matters.
Thanks Gabi, for the tips . Will bear it in mind. Will look for the products as well. I have thinning hair issues as well. Will watch your other tutorials as well. Thanks once again.😊😊
Hi Gabi, can you do a video for longer hair? I'm not suited for short hair and what I end up doing is a ponytail or bun everyday unless I have a special event, because it takes super long to style my hair.
My hair can’t handle a proper blowout with a round brush. I try not to brush it while it’s wet. I just blow dry and use my fingers. But if you want that blowout look, Velcro rollers on dry hair right after you blow dry work well. Also bleaching my hair helps thicken it and give it texture.
Thanks for the introduction to the Me product. As a guy with long fine hair, i don't want ut to look "overstyled" which can easily happen but its damn near impossible to make it look full enough to keep it long without product and yes a blowdryer lol or the brush one { i think we hit up WISH i do think its the same one} but the Me helps me achieve what want with minimal time, especially with apony tail and I'm loving you for it, btw You are so pretty. thanks again..bryan
I have been blessed with thick, coarse wavy hair...until I got Covid. Three months in my hair started coming out in handfuls. The shedding is starting to slow down at last. But in the meantime I needed new tips. Thank you!

@@GlamGirlGabi Thank You❤ I have been so worried. My stylist says it will get better eventually too. At 53 years old it was a shock to me and very unexpected!
Your Hair looks beautiful. You’re very pretty as well. I noticed for the past two years my hair slowly has thin out. It still looks like I have a lot of hair but it’s not as beautiful as it once was.
Thank you so much for sharing this information. I keep losing my hair and I don't know where to turn to. I listened to another video recently that said blow drying was out of the question because you will lose more hair and I was shocked. I know I have to blow dry my hair or it looks flat and matte. I'm going to try these products you've spoken about. Thank you again!!
I’m a licensed hairstylist and can relate to you because my hair is very fine and straight.. nothing wrong with blow drying.. it’s the technique you use and the thermal protectant that is important. One recently purchased a sold pillowcase, I’ll look at the cap but am afraid it would end up n the bed by morning 😆😆
Thanks for sharing these tips, definitely going to check out the scalp foundation. I've used inexpensive powders for years but have always felt they created build-up which wasn't healthy, anything that dermatologists consider worthwhile is definitely worth a try! I love your videos. I’m 64 and have thinned fine hair. I send my stylist your video for my next hair cut. I feel very fortunate to have found your channel. I stop using O’lreal hai color and stoped Henna. Both damage the hair. I don’t want gray hair. So now I use plant base gel, NaturTint. very informative, but take note that you cannot order the ME product to Canada , as they only ship within the US. Just passing this along to other canadians who want to order this product.
Any suggestions for affordable silk pillowcases? I have thin hair as well! You and a couple others have helped me tremendously! So much that when I go to get my hair done they are shocked when they wash my hair and realize how thin it is!!
Dry shampoo has been a lifesaver for me with this. I don’t have scalp breakouts. But my hair gets oily fast just because it’s so fine and thin. Use a bit at the roots when you first wash and dry your hair. You may have to test a few because some make your hair feel sticky and that just makes it look dirtier. Like the tresemme one is horrible but the Dove volumizer dry shampoo is great for me. I use to wash my hair everyday. Now I can do it twice a week. Huge improvement for me.
Thanks Gabi! Again you answer all my questions I have about hair issues. I have lost tons of hair since I had my child 35 years ago. Menopause hasn’t helped either. My hair is also fine and my scalp constantly itches. Scratching causes the hair to fall out too. I haven’t found any shampoo or conditioner that works well for all my issues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and thanks again. ❤
I have a bald spot on the top of my head from having the Gamma knife done on a pituitary tumor. No one told me about that. I used to have nice thick healthy hair. But I’m 62 now, and boy has my hair changed. It’s salt and pepper frizz now. I sleep on a silk pillowcase. I wake up with my hair flat on the side and smushed up. I’m a rough sleeper. And I need a new pillow. I’m trying to grow my hair out, but I’m not sure I like it. I think I’m going to just get it cut short again. I have more control of it then. I have natural curly hair my whole life. But I can’t handle the frizzy part. I do occasionally blow dry my hair and it will look decent until I shower again. But if it’s short I just brush and go. Maybe blow dry it for some volume but it doesn’t seem to last anymore. It really sucks to get old and have crappy hair.
Those round bristle brushes or dryer brushes cause so much breakage in my fine, thin hair. My strands are so fine they can’t handle the pulling.. they have causes my hair to look even thinner. I will never use one again. A paddle brush does way less damage because there are no bristles to tug at the hair. Even my hair stylist told me to never use those type dryer brushes (the revlon one is an example) on fine hair.
The mecosmetics item sounds/looks great, but it's extremely expensive. I have used different brands and forms of fill-ins/root touch ups, and am recently using (for the last several months) BOLDIFY Hairline Powder. It's terrific, I love it. Best one I've used by far. I get it on Amazon and it's waaaay cheaper than the mecosmetics brand.
So glad I happened upon this! Quick question... any tips on wearing fine, thinning, shoulder-length hair up for eyeglass wearers? I'm trying to stop wearing ponytails because my thinning is really bad in the crown and I get a lot of breakage there. I work from home and like to wear my hair up at work to keep it out of my face . Headbands and eyeglasses are not the best combo for me and my hair is so fine that unless I twist my hair, the little claw clips won't hold. Any suggestions would be beyond appreciated!

If I even think about going at my wet hair with a round brush, it rips.
Hey Claire, I have fine but frizzy/wavy hair like Gabi so I have to go in with a round brush in my damp (not wet) hair. :)
Hi 😊 What is the name of the heat protecting spray from redken that you are talking about ? Thanks in advance 🙏
Tips to prevent hair loss:
- don’t use brush, use wide-tooth comb
- don’t brush or comb hair whilst wet, hair is at its weakest when wet and it will break
- don’t use towel to dry wet hair, use soft cotton t-shirt
- don’t pull hair into tight ponytail, it may cause permanent hair loss, a condition called traction alopecia
- avoid dyeing and heat styling hair to keep damage to a minimum, I understand heat styling may be unavoidable if you want to volumise your hair
- wear a hat to prevent UV sun damage or limit sun exposure
These tips and more can be found in Dr Dray’s videos on UA-cam

I cannot get a brush or comb through my hair later if I don't brush it out quickly after washing. :(
Ya but she also sleeps with her hair wet I seen tht so follow some tips

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a message and such positive feedback. I read each message and put an enormous amount of time and love into my content. It really means a lot to me when I know that I can help people from this little online world. I value you as a viewer. ❤️
Good luck and speedy recovery. Mom had a surgery too she used Walgreens brand hair regrowth it helped a lot God bless
Hi there! Just curious, did the cap help?
Thanks!
@@evaconnaughton8523 I decided to get the silk pillow case and my hair is growing back. Xxx
Yaaas, silk pillow cases are a must. I have about 10 of them and will not travel without them either. Very fine and naturally wavy, frizzy hair here too.
They’re so great! Make such a difference for our hair types!
Silk pillow case makes a huge difference in my hair 😊
My personal experience has also been the same.. blow dry is essential.. not only for volumebut it also prevent friziness until next wash.. if i let them.naturally dry.. there is more loss everytime i brush it
You easily have the best hair channel on youtube. I love that you address common problems people face-not just glam styles.
Dry shampoo can make my scalp sore, so I avoid it now. I used to use it regularly before it became problematic.
Gabi, I appreciate your channel. I had an FUT hair transplant three months ago. Your videos helped me make this difficult but successful decision. Thank you.
Christine I am so happy to hear that!!! Are you in shock loss “shit why did I do this???” stage right now? Just wait….so much will change!
I’m editing a video now and talking about dry shampoo in that! It will be up next week. It’s a great product for fine hair!
Yes my mom has a pixie and puts half a can a day lol
dry shampoo works for about 2 mins before it starts looking greasy again
When I used dry shampoo it looks like I’ve taken baby powder and dumped it on my head and then I look grey in that area.

Silk pillowcases are the best! Also great for the skin!
Go to a dermathologist
Hello 😊 what is the curly method that you are talking about ? Is it a special way to manage wavy / curly hair ?
Enhanced collagen powder from Costco..honestly it made my sister and my hair both thicker and
strong . It was week and starting to fall. Not now😁
God Bless❤️
I always use a silk pillowcase on my pillow. It makes a world of difference to your hair. I discovered your videos when I was looking for some on hair care. I really enjoy watching them. Keep them coming. Valerie from Canada.
Great tips! I can relate. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement using a silk pillowcase. ❤
That is actually an incredible suggestion! Thank you for taking the time to leave that comment!
@@GlamGirlGabi your welcome!
NEED this as a girl with trichotillomania, thank you 🖤💜🖤
These are such great tips that also translate really well to fine natural hair! I especially love the fact that you mentioned the scalp foundations which I've never heard of before. Thank you so much for making this awesome video!
I use conditioner first then shampoo. It makes such a big difference
My hair dresser told me that in the 70’s . It works .
Have been using a silk pillow case for years now & its made a big difference. People think I have a lot of thick hair
These tips on voluminous shampoos I will definitely try.
I’ve learned to:
1. Not use conditioner (I use a leave in spray if my hair really needs it just a few sprays).
2. I try to NEVER use a BLOW DRIER or hair straightener
If I do use a blow drier (special occasions or really cold outside).
I use volume spray on the roots of my scalp but only when I blow dry
I also blow dry my hair with my head upside down to give more volume.
3. I normally use a sulfate free shampoo
4. only wash my hair every other day.
5. Only get my hair dyed my natural color. I’ve done this recently in the last couple of years to cover up the grays, but I get it in my natural color so no bleaching, less harsh on my hair.
6. Careful about what hair ties I use to prevent breaking
7. I take Biotin vitamins to help strengthen my hair and nails
My hair is very shiny and healthy just very thin.
*only* every other day… every other day is quite often but ok
@@imawakemymindisalive13 I try to go longer but I live in Texas where it’s hot as hell most of the year and if I’m exercising it’s not gonna be pretty.
$200+ for a blouse and almost $300 for pjs isn’t exactly affordable
your blouse goes amazing with the color of your hair and eyes, BEAUTIFUL
I have fine hair...it's Gray...am 61...Love my grays and yes ...I have to blow dry to get volume...else it falls flat...tk u gabi
I don't handle heat well, so I blow dry my hair on a warm setting, never hot. Hairdressers have always commented on the good condition of my long hair.
black Eye makeup also will cover the scalp. I use it all the time
Your problem is my problem...I have thin, curly and frizzy hair. From now on I will follow you...Gracias and keep it up.
I have found that Verb Ghost products have helped my hair so much. I have very fine hair and these products don’t weigh it down.
Gabi, You saved me! I was so unhappy with my hair but now I kinda like it. Thanks to You! All the tips You recommed for fine hair worked for me.
Wow! My grandmother and aunts swore by silk pillowcases! I thought it was a generational thing! Thanks!

I love your videos. I’m 64 and have thinned fine hair. I send my stylist your video for my next hair cut. I feel very fortunate to have found your channel. Please share some tips on natural (harmful chemicals free ) hair colors , har dyes

I love your videos so much; I do have long hair but it’s very fine ☹️ when my mom has so much thicker gorgeous hair.
Any suggestions for affordable silk pillowcases? I have thin hair as well! You and a couple others have helped me tremendously! So much that when I go to get my hair done they are shocked when they wash my hair and realize how thin it is!!
Ooh I’ve been thinking to get a silk pillowcase
What about fine hair that gets very oily with scalp breakouts? I feel gross if I leave the house without washing first.
I never thought about a hair transplant! Your hair is beautiful. Do you still love it?
Those round bristle brushes or dryer brushes cause so much breakage in my fine, thin hair. My strands are so fine they can’t handle the pulling.. they have causes my hair to look even thinner. I will never use one again. A paddle brush does way less damage because there are no bristles to tug at the hair. Even my hair stylist told me to never use those type dryer brushes (the revlon one is an example) on fine hair.
I just use dry shampoo with my hair color. It’s under 10 bucks and has been working for me for years
Thank you very much! My mother and I will be checking out these products💖💖💖
Thanks so much for sharing another option for people! ❤️
I always wear a ponytail also.
