    Hello,
I have a Huanyang vfd and 2.2kw spindle 220 volts. I did not reset my vfd when I put in the settings from several videos. It worked except it would only go to 208 hertz. I reset it and now it goes to 400 hertz but the potentiometer does not work. Is there a setting I can change to fix it. TIA

    I have the same spindle.
Would you run a 12,7 2 flute spiral or 2 flute straight cutter with it?
If so what would you consider the maximum I take off material ( hard woods ) ?
What would you consider feeds and speeds to be as a maximum ?
    Thanks for any advice.

Hi Roger. New to your channel and I'm new to CNC. I've been truly enjoying your series on making a CNC router with standard workshop tools, because that's where I'm starting from. But today, i was very disappointed to see that you've skipped over the most important part of the build... the part i've been waiting to see....setting up the motors, mounting them, running wiring, cable management, testing and troubleshooting the machine for the first time. Everything from Episode 12 to running the machine with first project.
Based on your comments, you may have gone over this before, but no links to other videos for reference? I'm sorry to say, i feel like i've wasted my time now. Just my honest opinion about the series. Before i found out you skipped these last parts, i thought it was a great series because many other videos show builds for CNC from years ago and things have changed in 2022.
