hi sir, i am using same board. I noticed the rpm fluctuating and so as the voltage to the vfd. It varies between 1-2 Hz but the spindle sound is noticeable up and down. How can i solve it ?
Hi you may need to set your spindle Frequency, Amper and voltage and all related settings of your spindle. The sound of the spindle all depends on the above settings. and you need to have "Ground" connection correctly too
Hi, tried to conect my vfd A2 8015, with same cnc control board as on video. Connectors on my vfd are not same as yours. 1 wire cant find AI, which goes to ACM on board. Please need help

You mean noise and some sudden disconnection? If you use a short USB cable and connect the earth cable correctly , most of the problem is solved automatically. I have not had any problems yet.
If your inverter went to alarming will machine stop working or keep working (did software stop whole program if inverter went to alarming)

I do not mean to ground the USB cable , you need to ground your CNC , Drivers and inverter to reduce noise .
@@manifa59 but i didn't see grounding in the drivers maybe vfd ground is PE
You need to used shielded cables and Noise filter
