I enjoy all the characters on this channel but I’m really appreciating Eric lately. He works hard, doesn’t complain, is always positive, and seems to usually show up. Maybe MVP after Bugs.

Love the videos, but the thing about the fire hydrants is not correct. Being a former firefighter They can flow like a geyser if shared off just right. There are two different kinds of Hydrants wet and dry. Dry are mainly for areas that get snow and really cold. Wet is mainly like California places that stay warm pretty much year round. So chances are in California, if a Hydrant is hit and shared off it will flow. But a dry one the water is below a certain point and if cut off buy a car chances are low for it to flow. Geographically speaking, dry barrel hydrants are commonly used in the cold regions because their underground valves ensure that no water will be left above ground, thus preventing themselves from freezing or breaking.A wet-barrel hydrant has one or more valve openings above the ground line and, under normal operating conditions, the entire interior of the hydrant is subjected to water pressure at all times.

Jade is the cutest crew member 😍
at the beginning of the year I really I thought Marcel was doing really good but lately he is often late, calls in or goes home early. Something is going on with him. I hate to say it but as a former addict he reminds me of an addict.
i have an office job, pakistan here, but ive taken your attitude to my workplace. the guys tell me that since i came in its gotten more fun at the office. it gets highstress at times and thats when the "easy scene hai yaar" (a version of easy money) start coming out. thanks for making videos Ryan.
How do these guys make any money being sick all the time. As a small business owner and general contractor myself that would irritate me so much lol.
none ya business lol
I live in New York and did a few concrete jobs and never want to ever go back to it you guys made me believe that there is a right way. This job reminded me of the jobs I did a lot of wheelbarrowing up hills on long island by hand rca, sand, cement. I hated it, I would have bought my own buggy if I know they existed! I'm subscribing after lurking for a few days watching the vids Good job Great Crew and the most important respect for your workers.
The only thing is that if Darrel would have hit that form it would have been a big deal but since bugs hit it it’s no biggie, i think they pick on Darrel to much
That's because bugs barely ever makes mistakes & let just say Darrel makes more mistakes
So cool to see a future leader in Eric. He has the mojo and attitude to move forward and become a great leader.....why? because of how YOU lead! Keep up the good work!!
I wouldn’t show my face on a job site again if I went home over a bee sting . Like seriously talk about shame .
I love waking up and watching your videos before I start my days!💯
I’ll have to watch this when I get home from work ! Have a good weekend !
very true you have to have fun just last week we did the exact same thing with concrete. I was on Jackhammer and two guys loading the old concrete. All day we just joked around and laughing at everything we made fun off. Made the day go by fast. Just have fun...
I would absolutely give my sweat off my back to give you great work Ryan. If I lived near you I would absolutely do what I could to become apart of the Victory family. Much Love Man.
You wouldn't last a day
Hi guys, I’m a new subscriber to your channel and enjoy watching your videos. One thing I would like to ask to help all of us that just started watching your videos and new to your channel is to show pics with name of everyone on the particular video showing? Even the two nice ladies that shows up to help with recording of your art on every project. I love watching how you start your day, how you treat everyone, your project on hand and small issues or drama that comes from our daily life. Great Job everyone from Springfield, MA.
The two channels I will watch without fail is this one (and Ryan's other channel) and LETSDIG18.

Been watching your videos the passed few days. All I can say is I hope one day I can have a boss like you. You lead my example not just barking orders and pointing fingers, and you take the time to explain things so they are done right. Big fan of how you run your business. Going to go onto the next video now :).
Love your positive attitude and your upbeat persona.
Finally a video of how I have to do all the work / construction in my own yard (except for your power buggy)......by hand!
Again a video i enjoyed to watch. Its nice to see how people on the other side of the planet do these jobs. Cheers from Germany.
Thank you
