- Join the concrete crew on a perfect August day as we pour a patio for a customer that was experiencing water problems due to the old patio being improperly pitched. We solved that issue as well as giving them a great looking patio that they will actually enjoy.

I would like to see some of Eric's side work. I know he is one good worker just curious to see what hes been up to on the side. Also love to see you helping your guys become great contractors just like yourself. Keep It Victory Style!!
Yeah same man!
Eric is a G
Yea me too. Ryan should showcase some of his work and let us see how he does.
Was thinking this exact thing. Wild love to see what Eric be getting into on his own
He makes a lot of mistakes with Ryan can’t be left on-site and get it done correctly, if like to see his set out, form work and grading and finish jobs
that was cool seeing how excited eric was that you got him concrete. alls it takes is one person believing in you and helping you out.
so true !
He will be the boss of his own company someday
Noting but truth, Ryan did it for him. Fantastic guy
@@shanegiggie He'll still be late even though he's the boss.....For such a small built guy he spends ages in the toilet.
@@MyCracker1234 Ok boss man, how's your business doing?
Tell Eric to start a channel for his side jobs!! Would love to see Eric and Franny side adventures pouring concrete, stuff would be hilarious!
Erics jobs are like when you cant afford the name brand but they tell you the generic version is made in the same factory
@@buddyloco9504 hey, the fact Ryan is giving him a chance to start his own thing and make some contractor mistakes is the best gift anyone could get
@@willbellamy590 yes its a great thing and i would like to see some videos of his jobs, the only thing i would worry is soon he might not need to work for Ryan anymore and he might take Fran with him
@@buddyloco9504 that’s the business, Ryan knows that by helping him out he will need to spread his wings and leave the nest, such is life, Ryan did fine before them he will find good guys after, gotta support our young guys in the trades
I worked alot of side jobs hardscaping and landscaping made more money that way but was nice to have a steady paycheck at the same time
when Eric and Francisco locked the doors on jr I couldn’t stop laughing 😭
I love how fast bugs moves man such a hard working guy
Oh ya brother
U got that right brother
He’s like 65 too which is crazy
Buggs Eric Francisco and Marcell all have good work ethic’s they need to teach sr a thing or 2
Love how Ryan instantly offered up his help to Eric! amazing boss! Employees are definitely blessed with the best!
Not many bosses or employers out there like Ryan. Incredibly awesome guy, seems like he really, really appreciates and values his help, hope they know! 👍
You can tell Eric really looks up to Ryan. Glad he’s starting to do his own jobs he should start a UA-cam channel.
Ryan does not like this comment lol
Ryan a real one for helping Eric real talk no hatin always positive I love it
Gotta train the next generation of concrete guys man, it’s the unspoken rule, work unites us all 💯
Good job Eric & Francisco with locking the form truck so Jr couldn't go to sleep.. you know pulling wire is such a tiring job that it makes you fall asleep right afterwards! They should do that all the time! It's time Jr learns that he shouldn't be falling asleep on the job.. he's lucky Ryan is who he is, any other place Jr would of been gone a long time ago
Ryan: They’re gonna rename house blend to Victory.
Jewel: Why?
Ryan : Right in my heart.
Best performance by a pestered employee goes to Jewel.
I swear Eric always means well ! Just like everyone on ur crew
ATTTTA BOY ERIC. Happy for you brother. I'm 30 i got about 7 years into the carpentry trade. Did the apprenticeship and I know how it feels coming up in a trade learning for all those years and eventually feeling comfortable enough to step out on your own and doing a side job. ALWAYS thank your brothers who have taught you the trade. I have someone who's shown me the way just like Ryan is showing you. Nobody can ever take your skills away brother! Congrats on your future brother!
Who else gets inspiration from Ryan and the guys? ❤️❤️
i love your helping Eric like that. He eventually might be a competitor but, the fact you are trying to grow his hustle and put food on his table just is the kind of thing that makes your soul feel good. Thank you for sharing.
I don't think so, there is not enough (good) contractors out there, lots of work for everyone...
Ryan doesn’t care if he does become a competitor. he wants to see him grow.
Too much concrete work and not enough good contractors. There won't be any comp if anything help each other out.
@@hazzurs we all want to see him grow but he's still eats kids meals and is 5 foot 2. 🤣
@@Mr._OMEGA not funny
Let’s all give our prayers that Jewels stays healthy as long as she can. Such a nice lady. Her heart reminds me of my grandma who I lost last year. Makes me miss my grandma so much. Let’s all pray she keeps on pushing 🙏🏽💪🏽
I feel like she gets upset with Ryan sometimes calling her out on everything being empty lol.
@@infidel3162 yes!
Pray for Scott to
man eric was so excited you made his day.
Yes, the way vendors play favorites is crazy.
Probably saved his weekend by getting that pour on Friday
You should take Eric along when you go to the concrete place so that they get used to seeing him and maybe have him call in some of your orders so they start recognizing his voice.
I can feel the sense of relief to have Bugs back. As a business owner/concrete contractor myself, I know the feeling.
Man you helping Eric like that and looking out for the small startup is something else . Respectable sir
From now on, Eric should say "I'm the guy from Victory" when he needs mud. I'm sure they'll take care of him going forward.
It's one thing to keep some space in your schedule so you can service your long time customers needs it's something else all together when a customer calls up looking for concrete and you just say nope can't do it ,anytime? Sorry nothing available. And then Ryan calls up and magically can get a truck at just about anytime he wants. You don't get clients like victory without providing good service to all clients current and future. At some point Ryan will retire ,victory will close. The next generation of contractor will be "Eric's concrete" but he won't be your client cause of the bad service you provided. You always have to be nurturing and cultivating new customers. Just like with all these batch plants not wanting to offer Saturday delivery. Someone will offer it and they will be the ones getting all the future orders ,provided they offer good service.
@@danlabonty9720 well said.
@@danlabonty9720 but at the same time they have to take care of their regular, longtime customers. People like Ryan are their bread and butter. One day Eric may very well be a priority customer, but for now he'll have to climb the ladder. That's the way it's always been, and the way it should be.
@@johnnyclemmons9756 unfortunately will have to disagree with on this. Just them not even offering Saturday deliveries says all it needs to say. Think about how many contractors need to capitalize on weather also think about how many homeowners pour there own walks and patios on there Saturday off. It says leaps and bounds about there customer prioritization. Like most businesses as soon as the boom slows down they will be wanting your business.
@@danlabonty9720 hey and you're definitely on point about when the boom slows down. And it will. It has to. I'm 45 and been pouring since I was 17 and I've never seen as much work as there is now. I could four crews busy right now if I could find the help. Easily.
Love to see you tag along with Eric one day to see his side projects….
Them guys trying to give Eric the runaround was hilarious
That’s hilarious how they lock the truck so Junior couldn’t go sleep inside it😂
Hey man honestly watching you help Eric out shows me your not a jealous person and people should thrive to be more like you 💪💪🙏
Ryan supporting Eric making his side money was a class act. Love to see it.
Ryan you are the most forgiving man I know. God bless you and continue showing you mercy as you do to others
Amen to that I can learn a lot from this guy.
It's so nice to see Ryan helping Eric.
What you did for Eric was great, everyone gets to eat, and the reason why God would always bless you. Also for your soul thanks for being a wonderful human being.
It is good to see old friends!!
Eric may be 9 minutes late but I also appreciate his hustle doing side jobs.
Man, i love how your starting to push jr in ways it’s hard for a father too! That boy will benefit immensely from this, if ya can keep him motivated and working he will really begin to get in better shape which will help him in the long run! Possibly even keep him around a little longer. I love that kid but like me when I was younger, he lacks motivation and energy to stay working, however with stern guidance from a former boss I was able to change my work ethic and improve as a person in many ways
JR needs to fix his attitude. Always arguing with his father isn’t right. If it weren’t for Sr, he wouldn’t even have a job. Also gotta love when he shows up on Friday to just get paid.
That boy got a dump truck! lol 😆
Francisco and Eric locking the form truck was absolutely hilarious
it nice watching the young guys grow /helping eric get concrete was the best
I always say it but when u take a good worker under your wing there is almost nothing more rewarding then watching them succeed and make it so they can make their own way
Man mr Ryan you really are a great person 👏
Hey Marcel you do have an allergy to bee stings. Hope your feeling better man. The team is complete today great! Easy Money!
I just wanna say how cool it is that you work with your guys on doing side jobs. Way to support the American Dream
Eric should look into acting. He has great Charisma and is always is such a positive mood. I could see him in some movies.
Eric needs to post a few pictures of his work he does on the side! We want to see if he still does it victory style!
It’s soooo good to have bugs back! You and him are really the heart and soul of the crew !
Really nice of you to help out Eric with concrete, outstanding leadership!
Lots of good memories and lots of bad memories. Sounds like family. Nice to have friends like that.
God I feel like this is taking forever Ryan to watch all your videos from the first video. I can’t wait to get to the new videos again with the journey has been great almost there. Keep making that easy money guys.
This would be a great TV show.
Love it when Darrel is on time!
That was so nice of you to help Erik some concrete for his business 👏👏👏
Eric is one lucky dude to have a boss like Ryan.
The beard joke "tell me about it" Eric and the guys look like such great guys.
two uploads in one day. man this is a good day!
Someone ask what you do all weekend !!! I stayed up till 3am watching VICTORY CONCRETE!!!😂 can’t get enough of it
And I don’t even do concrete
Funny how JR most of the time shows up on Friday pay day lol
Beautiful day boss n team I watched everything every video started off a fan now I'm a full blown air conditioner unit 😀
Ryan, you are a man with an excellent spirit! Like Daniel in the Bible.
Love waking up to these videos they motivate me right before I head to work!!!
Hey man, Im one of your silent viewers that really enjoys everything you do. You are a great boss, father and overall human and your kindness is something that has become rare nowadays. Keep going with what you are doing, greetings from Germany. :)
All u can say is if u help Eric out for his side work and believe in him, he better have enough respect for u to show up on time everyday.
Love you and Eric relationship and he trying to be just like you you rubbed off on him in a great way
Your a great man Ryan
Lol 🤣 Marcell was out with a tummy ache now a bee sting ....if I came home early that much my lady and son would be roasting 😂
Ryan you the man. Going above and beyond helping Eric out. Rare to see people like that in that construction business.
Eric looked like a kid on Christmas when you helped him order that concrete for him. Awesome Job Ryan!
Your videos your wonderful family and your amazing personality inspire me my man keep it up
Was in my hometown all weekend visiting family, 5 hour train ride and 1.5 car ride home, laid in bed came to this channel right away, i dont know what it is about pouring concrete, just warms the soul!!!!
It's this crew.
Man watching how well you treat your employees that work their butts off for you is awesome. You’re truly a great guy Ryan! 👍
I really enjoy your videos along with you and your employees
Good job on Fransisco and Eric for locking the doors on the form truck. They should've done that everyday.lol😂😅😂
I really enjoy your videos. God bless you and your family and your employees. EASY MONEY!
Jewel is precious! Best wishes to Scotty and Bobby. Love the show!
Man i love how this guy helps out his working doing side work, any other company would easily want to fire you and see you as their competition. Badass humble guy 👍
Bugs is always anticipating what's ahead.. good to see he is back
I’m Eric’s age. Doing the same thing. It’s really nice to have someone supportive like yourself (Ryan). A boss like you is very appreciated
You are the man.. great job on helping your crew get side jobs done.. GREAT JOB.. not greedy at all
Man! I am so happy seeing you guys pooring concrete again. The new stamps look awesome. Too bad you don’t do concrete work in The Netherlands 😂 Have a great Sunday
Shout to all the crew keep it up. Easy money. From Springfield Oregon
Man it makes my day waking up to these videos, especially on the day off
Ryan is just an all the way around inspiration for young men that don’t or maybe didn’t have that father figure in their life to look up to.. because even though I’m not that young anymore I still catch my self getting inspired to be at least half the man Ryan is.. because you’re amazing Ryan and I just wanted to take the time to tell you what you really mean to me.. and to me you’re like a beckon of light.. that is guiding me through this dark time in my life to show me how to be righteous man that makes decisions based on positivity so keep up the good work I truly appreciate your work ethics and your transparency and if actions speak louder than words then you’re really saying a lot...
Awesome Video and Much Love as Always Ryan & Crew!!!
I have to tell you Ryan I enjoy watching all your video’s. And how good you are to all of your employees.
Erics face when you asked him why he was late LOL!
I really love your show .you seem like a really Genuine dude but I do have to say you and Daryl Junior look a like
Eric and Francisco need to start there own channel fr
Loved how you helped Eric get some concrete
Jules is a howl😂😂 when you said changing name to Victory Blend--“WHY?” 🤣🤣🤣
Love from Australia, uploads are the highlight of my day. even better it's a friday!
hey everyone! my Sunday am must watch!! Dion from Tucson, AZ!
Another great video from victory! Keep up the great work!
Love the videos Ryan, much love from Glasgow, Scotland
Wow the was so nice 😊 of you helping your worker, the say a lot of you.
God bless.
Hey Eric…. Whenever you call now just say ‘Hey, it’s Ryan from Victory….’ 😂😂
I think it would be really fun to see Ryan assist Eric on one of his jobs. Like let Eric run the lead and Ryan just assist to see how Eric is doing with his side jobs. Eric has definitely learned a lot and has definitely come along way and I would think it would be awesome to see what he’s doing to further himself outside of victory. Kind of sad Eric doesn’t have like a channel or something to share that But I definitely be interested in seeing
Good looking out for Eric, you are a great boss and great bosses make great employees.
You are very good to all those Guys
You got a good crew Ryan, real good people!
I love how you and Eric get along, Eric is extremely lucky to have a boss/mentor like you.
I was thinking the same. Who knows when Ryan retires maybe he will keep the concrete business and let Eric be the forman.
Love the power move for Eric lol
Liked before watching. Always know it’s a gonna be a great video when I get that notification! Love the vids! Keep up the great work gentlemen! Much love from the island of Guam 🇬🇺!!🤙🏽🤙🏽
God bless you and your family Ryan, gid bless you all worldwide
Eric looked like his old lady made him late with that smile 😆 Also if you come across actual honey bees....soapy water in a sprayer kills them and leaves the hive viable. This way you can get work done and later someone can remove the hive. People hate seeing 🐝 killed and I've found this is a great compromise. It's just something a guy that does removals for me taught me. Also if the hive isn't removed the bees will be back no matter what.
Yeah right, he slept in
Hi from The Netherlands. I saw your video's and they are enjoying to watch.
Goodmorning from Central Ohio! Thanks for starting my day off good.
That was awesome u getting Eric concrete!
