I’m in school to become a CRNA. This is my plan and I think it’s the quickest route! Pre req, ASN, work toward your BSN AND be a ICU nurse at the same time. Then CRNA school. That equals 7.5 years !
Starting from scratch, wouldn’t it be 8-9 years. Even in the example you gave of 4 years BSN, 2 years ICU experience and 3 year of CRNA school, that’s 9 years so was there another factor making it 12?
I think that it was a mistake. But that is right. 4 years for a BSN (if traditional), 2 years ICU experience, 3 years CRNA school and 3 years CRNA school. So a total of 9 years.
I’m so confused. I’m just realizing things have changed. I’m seeing we have to obtain a DNP for all crna’s. Not sure how true this is. I just finished my BSN and I’m not sure what to do next.

Literally the same redundant information. Clearly you’re not able to put information together in a systematic way.
