One last trial to master [Final Trial by Water S Rank]

Getting this done for completion. It wasn't super hard, other than getting slapped around by the Behemoth at the end. The roll after the Levi dodge doesn't seem to have a lot of i-frames, if any, unless you also get a perfect dodge, which can get a lil funky to use (as you can see by how I rolled right into the meteor aoe at the end.) Deluge I kind of like, but the last hit actually locks you in place and you can't dodge out of it, but you can dodge out of the previous shots at any time. Abyssal Tear is fantastic, but with that damage I can see it not being great for ultimaniac. Cross Swell is probably the greatest disappointment. It's amazing as an ability to set up for other aoes, but the fact that it only gives cyan stars already makes it unlikely to find its way into my skill set for ultimaniac (same as deluge) no matter how much I love to use it for ice age combos. Tsunami is an ultimate, nothing to say there. The feat itself might actually be worth it, since the moveset actually has collateral techniques, and even though they give cyan stars that's higher score gain than regular combos. Might actually give it a go to test it out.
For anyone interested, I've started some runs of the aire of hours on ultimaniac, but haven't cleared it yet. Didn't have a lot of time this weekend to go through the gauntlet of suffering, so I decided to throw out Levi's final trial to fill in some time. I'll upload some other clips of the aire of hours as I go on, especially if I don't clear soon (I already have one ready.)

@@ShikiRyougi05 Whats cool is that its not even THAT tight! I already saw many people clear it in different ways. I really dont like when people complain immediately, turns out they just didnt bother with the mechanics

@@Crabo99 yeah it's fine, just don't completely fuck up your combos and use the skills on cooldown. It took me 3 tries tbh but mostly because i was fucking around

Now that you've played Leviathan a good amount, what's your definitive opinion on the Eikon, do you like the more ranged focused gameplay or no?

Yes, but no. It's implemented very well, and it's actually fun to use. But I'm more of an in your face kinda guy, and while Leviathan has a lot of setup potential coupled with great mobility, I need to let go of Phoenix, Garuda or Shiva to use Levi, and there's always that moment of "I wished I had a pull for the partial stagger. I wish I could shift to that enemy in the air. I wish I could freeze these guys so I can get my lb combos." If I had to absolutely use Levi, I would use it instead of Shiva, since the dodge roll can replace cold snap's mobility, and the extra moveset does keep things fresh and varied.
But, yeah. It's great and it's fun, but it's not 100% my style personally.

​​​@@eyrestahlI agree, I like Leviathan's gameplay but I'm someone who likes to do combos without having to setup an entire situation, that might not even work, it also feels a little cheesy to me when using Levi and I'm just standing there shooting. I do like Abyssal Tear and Tsunami though, so I will sometimes use those two. ( Abyssal Tear for arcade mode and Tsunami to end off combos when I'm just going around beating up random enemies )
