Adam & Khiara, What Adam said, "The lines up to Bermuda and across to the Azores are there for good." What an accomplishment. Those passages are permanently written in your sailing resume, regardless of the conditions. Good planning and good luck make for your so called "cake walk". Bottom line, you cake walked across a lot of water; deep water. Well done. Very proud of you both.
The past several videos are epic story telling culminating with leaving your mark ! Well done. Milly was just letting you know for the past couple years that the three of you can do this but she needed some help from the two of you. She thanked you greatly.
I grew up on the island of Terceira in the Azores..haven't been back since the mid 80s. Riding bareback over rock walls, standing at the cliffs...watching bullfights after school in the middle of the roads. I would go out into the ocean with my dad on tugboats and watch planes land in Lajes Field. What a time it was. Was so glad to see this video.
Opened up for our Tuesday morning episode Of "Millie". Doom and Gloom, no sound, about to commit "Harry Curry", Aussie version of Japanese Hara-Kiri. Played around for about 40 minutes with no joy and spat the dummy. Re-opened this afternoon and all systems go. Our illustrious Telco's had shut down our tower for the day. Now back to you, your hovercraft filming was spot on, your close ups were spot on and we were not surprized that Khiara scoffed 4 digestive bickies in one go. Stuck together ??? Khiara has always been a chocky addict, love ya. 8 kms is only a short stroll for you 2, even if you have been at sea for a fortnight ish. Keep living your dream.
What a wonderful place to make land fall. The vistas are amazing and Khiara, you have an amazing hand for art work, beautifully done. Can't wait for your next adventure, will it be to Northern Europe (English isle and the Baltic maybe) or southern Europe (Mediterranean)? All I know is set your compass for ADVENTURE and watch it unfold!
Amazing job on the painting!!! You guys made it and are now in the AZORES!!! How wonderful and what a journey is been. Yes, now you have a long red starting line on your map, never to be erased! I can't wait to see where your journey takes you next. Big fan from the very beginning! Enjoy your time in the AZORES! MANY HUGS AND GOD BLESSES. FAIRWINDS
I appreciate the humility you exhibit in finally achieving ‘a big line on the map’. You have worked hard to get there, and it’s wonderful to share in that achievement a little bit. Thank you, good luck, have fun and stay safe. Cheers.
Absolutely beautiful scenery. Fantastic job of filming it to. The drone shots of the volcano's were really outstanding. Thanks for taking me along with you.
Didn't realize how far behind I am on my episodes so I'm catching up instead of working. Congrats on the accomplishment - you guys have worked so hard and its more than well deserved. I watch some other channels, but none of them make me want to get out and do this myself like yours does. The drone shots in this were absolutely *stunning*. That shot of the cliffs with the fields is just....wow. Also, the logo looks SO good, nice job Khiara!!
Khiara - Please don't be afraid to draw outside the lines. You did fine. Please don't doubt your ability to. This is in essence, what sailing or any adventure is all about. I've just bumped into you guys (probably yt related to Sailing With the Wynns, and I will be checking in on occassion. I dig your vibe, being a bit of a sailor myself, so I subscribed, hoping to you help you out in just a small bit, which is not something I often do, after only one view, but you guys seem legit.
Excellent job on the artwork Khiara! Put that image on the back of t-shirt/long sleeve/rashguard and I'd definitely buy one (or more!) The Azores are such a gorgeous place, wish I'd been able to explore while I was there in '98 (stop-over US Navy flight en route from Rota to St John & Norfolk). Congratulations on the successful crossing.
Loved the plaque. Great Job. Says 2200 from Bermuda and another 1000 to Portugal approximately. Really in the middle of absolute no where, but very beautiful when you were there. I have a feeling you lucked out. The Volcanoes were Old and New. I live in a spot where one blew up, (1914) and most likely killed a few people but we will never know I guess. Huge pumice rocks were thrown for miles. Hot springs and mud pits. crazy place , Lassen. Then there is Mount Shasta, 14,000 foot Volcano. Next to the north, Crate Lake. Would be tough to walk around it, its so huge. Our most beautiful Waterfall is Burney Falls. A lacy waterfall which emerges out of an underground lake.
Great video. I know graphic artists who couldn’t do as good a job as you did on that logo without stencils. Great job. Your excitement for your accomplishment really came through on this video.
Awesome painting job Khiara!!! I have never been to the Azores, but it's def on my bucket list when I set sail! Saw a fab vid about it not long ago - such a mystical/beautiful place! I hope we get to see more from there from you :)
Oh my gosh! Awesome! I really appreciate you both and will join you soon. I'm getting my blue water boat soon. Yall inspire me and my family. Thanks for taking me along!
Great video. Just some advice from someone who has crossed quite a few times. On the passage from Azores to Gib look out for the northerly's coming down the Portuguese coast, they can ruin many a lovely crossing!
I loved you talk about "Having the Bug." To see new lands...new cultures....to experience the world. I spent 10 years or so, on my 62' ketch, sailing around 150,000 miles, to sail into sooo many new experiences. Who my best friend has done the samething, has called it poison....that doing anything else in life, becomes intolerable to do. Knowing I could be anyplace in the world....as long as I had 6&1/2 feet of water!! With love...to see your life as it unfolds!😍 Jeffery......⚘
The Caribbean is a really different culture. Their attitude toward life is totally different. Great art work! Another adventure in the books. Smooth sailing and calm winds.

Nice work on the island footage...I always am impressed by the camera work when vertigo sets in as a couple of shots over the cliff edge proved!
What a change in climate guys - I hope you love it and enjoy your time in the Azores!
Reckon you guys have won the Olympics by yourselves...another beaut 'doco'. Thanks heaps.
Amazing scenery and awesome job painting the mural. Adam is a lucky guy to have such a talented and beautiful lady.
The Azores must be one of the most beautiful islands in the world. Don't rush away, take your time there. Cheers.
How gorgeous are the Azores? That footage is absolutely spectacular. You should be very proud of your work.
Your logo work is fantastic! We are proud to say we have been following you from the start of your 'self inflicted' adventures. Go safe our friends!
That was awesome ...and the final touch with your painting was a great way to cap off a wonderful moment in the days of your lives! 😎
How green the scenery is. Beautiful.
Your artwork was amazing Khiara. Very professional. Seriously well done.
Well that's some of the most epic scenery I've seen. Extremely well shot, as well. Nice job, you crazy kids!
Mother of seven pound baby Jesus your episodes are good... keep up the good work.
The Azores are magical just remote enough to keep the hoards of tourists away. Custard pies and Portuguese wine, what's not to like?
Can't think of people who deserve this more. Love both of you and congrats on finally getting across the Atlantic.
Good show you two...!! 😎👍✅
You FINALLY have 70,000+ subscribers 🥳🤩👌 it Should be at least. 170,000 in our opinion..!!
Khiara, You are quite the sign writer. looks really good. The sign that is!!
Wow, you guys have really upped your game. That scenery around 11:00 was really stunning. Well done and fair winds to you both!

Wonderful - you can add drawing and painting to the already obvious artistic skills!! Bravo! 👏🏻
Absolutely beautiful scenery. Fantastic job of filming it to. The drone shots of the volcano's were really outstanding. Thanks for taking me along with you.
Beautiful painting that goes perfect with the beautiful scenery. Great video.

Your artwork is spectacular! That logo looks professionally painted. We love watching your videos.
Just fantastic aerial shots of epic scenery and very well done on the logo.... seems there is an artist on the boat! Cheers!

Kudos on the drone footage Adam and the music to go with it Kiera. Other channels have done some of the Azores, but you too really nailed it!
Liked the intro and the entire video. Khiara is a riot!
Ben was right. Mars. The comparison shot gives it away. No dust devils on the moon. Congrats on your passage.
Your videos make me happy. Beautiful scenery. Great job on the painting!
You guys are lovely. Congratulations on your passage. Beautiful footage of the volcano. Thank you!
Khiara, You did a fantastic job on the painting! Let's all add "badass artist" to her list of accomplishments. You guys rock!
