  • Bringing a space to life for your business isn't about one thing.
    It's about balancing your most wild ambitions with the most down to earth considerations like cost and schedule and opportunity.
    These days, I don't draw anything with clients, without walking through a high-level understanding of what's desired, what's needed, and what's the budget.
    We do this together through Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), specifically focused on developing your building in relation to your business model, so that they speak to each other, and work together, so that we can move forward without sticker shock down the road.
    That's how we organize the ENTIRE project, from the start.
    That's what developing a project is about, because one part doesn't matter much if it doesn't work with the other parts.
