You add fresh veggies to rice noodles- sliced cucumber, coriander, mint, thai basil-whatever veggies you want, crushed peanuts, pickled carrots and daicon, then a protein of your choice- chicken, beef, tofu. and a dressing- fish sauce, soy, sugar, lime,, crushed garlic and chilli. x
