- What do you like to eat on a hot summer day?
When the weather is hot, I often crave this Korean cold noddle, Naengmyeon. But instead of Korean noodles, I use konjac noodles in it!
I don't intend to have this for weight loss or diet, but it turns out it is good for weight control too!

@@mykitchenday_byLinna We call it Bún- which is just rice noodles. You add fresh veggies to rice noodles- sliced cucumber, coriander, mint, thai basil-whatever veggies you want, crushed peanuts, pickled carrots and daicon, then a protein of your choice- chicken, beef, tofu. and a dressing- fish sauce, soy, sugar, lime,, crushed garlic and chilli. x
That dish looks so refreshing. I really enjoy seeing you use ingredients that I don't see here in Canada.
