I'm from Italy and while these are definitely not like traditional pasta, all of these recipes look so good!
Yes! They are the Japanese version 🇯🇵
Fabulous as always Linna. Arigatou!
( I hope that's correct word, always learning 😉)
Thank you so much 💛 Sincerely apologize for my long absent🙏🙏🙏
Love Mushrooms and Garlic. 🤤
Here we clean mushrooms the same way, just whip of any dirt (because they'll soak up water otherwise). I'm going to try boiling pasta your way soemtime. With the gas prices nowadays any way I can minimize using my stove is a great idea :) Not weird cooking pasta with chopsticks, I often do that too :)
Wish I could get shirasu here, the pasta wish shirasu and negi sounds delicious. I'll make your mushroom soy sauce pasta when my daughte ris home for lunch from school someday. She loves mushrooms.

Hello I love how you cook the pasta im going to try it also. Im going to try the first one but without chillies. Chillies make me sick. All of them looks amazing.

I cannot wait ro try these recipes. I think they have the pickled mustard greens at the Asian market in the next town over. If not I may experiment with cooking the greens with a little vinegar and adding it. I wish I could find the shemiji mushrooms there and the baby sardines but as of yet, I haven't seen them. Thank you for sharing your recipes. My family is loving them. Take care!

By the way, we tried Kimchi for the first time last night. We put it on top of your Eggplant Sorboro recipe. We all loved it!
I've actually come over from your main channel, I've been subscribed with my personal account for a while, just signed up my other two today. I love to watch you cook, I'm trying new foods, I'm English and we tend to get stuck in a rut, I made mongolian beef yesterday, hubby enjoyed it, tommorow is honey sesame chicken and hoisin rice.
I'm here to learn from someone how to make sauces from scratch, what to pair with what 😊ありがとう、またね

Pourriez vous nous expliquer svp la différence entre le saké cuisine et le mirin? Les 2 sont ils complémentaires ?
Cooking Sake is alcohol for cooking, Mirin also contain some alcohol but rather sweet.
Sake works to remove smell and provide steam to cook faster, Mirin works to provide sweetness
👆 what I have learned from my living in Japan 🇯🇵
