- Hi, my friends! This is Linna.
I am not Japanese but Malaysian. I have been living in Japan for a very long time.
Cooking is what I love and I want to share my passions with you 💛
Besides cooking, I also love to eat. I crave Thai food the most, but I love Japanese food daily because they are healthy and easy to eat.
I hope you enjoy my cooking with me 🤗

Hello friends 🤗 ❤
Winter days are the perfect days for a bowl of warm noodles 🍜
I hope you enjoy my cooking with me 🍳
Have a nice day 🎶🎶🎶
I tried the niku udon last night because I had all the ingredients on hand (substituted Chinese leeks for green onion because I live in the Midwest in America) and was absolutely delicious! I have started to make my own cookbook with you recipes and some other UA-camrs I watch! ❤ thanks for making these videos!
Sorry for my late response 💦

Hallo Linna, thank you for sharing. I Love bowls and pasta very much. Greetings for you and your Family from Germany, Angelika
Thank you too 🥰🍜👍 sending much 💛💛💛
I really loved all of these ideas for Winter Noodles...I love to eat them, although, I don't do it often, but so enjoy it when I do...I will have to try your ideas, here too!! Thank you so much for sharing too, dear, sweet friend, Linna!! ♥ When my husband & I lived in S.Korea, while he was stationed there, I came to love rice, eggs, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, garlic & green onions so much...garlic & green onions I always put in my noodles & fried rice, as well...so tasty!! Before my time there, the only way I had eaten rice, was either in a casserole or by itself with butter or margarine on it...I hated rice back then, but after my time in Korea, I came to love it, but only the Asian ways!! I also dearly love all the Asian noodle varieties.♥
Thank you so much for your hard work making these cooking videos. You explain so I can understand instructions. The colors and ingredients are amazing.❤😊

Brilliant! I am home alone today and gonna have a big noodle bowl for my dinner now. (Luckily I can get iTSU broth which is better than nothing). I have 🥟 to go with 🍜. Now my big decision, regular noodles, udon or rice noodle?! 🤣
Think I need a trip to Asian supermarket for fish cakes 🍥
Sounds so yum 😋 it’s hard to choose because I love all type of noodles too 🍜😋😋😋

How do you make the different cold brew broths? Thanks for a great video. Just subscribed to this channel. I enjoy your other channel as well. Happy Lunar New Year 🐇❤.
@MyKitchenDay_byLinna would you tell me how you make your cold brew dashi broth please? This would be fantastic for me to have on hand in the fridge. How long will it store for when made?
Sorry for my late response 💦
Just store eggs bonito flakes or kelp in water and you can use after half day
They can be kept well in fridge for a week🎶
May be I will make a vlog about this soon 😀
That black thing behind your stove, is that to keep your seasonings from being splashed?
Be avoid splashed and protect the nets behind it 😀
