I love how Nintendo will released the remake of the most darkest game in the Zelda Franchise on Friday the 13. It's like they did that on purpose just so they can stick with the dark nature & creepy atmosphere that this game has to offer. If that's true, than that is a very brilliant move.

Absolutely incredible! I feel like I did back in 2000 as a kid first seeing this game in the electronics store. To this day, Majora's Mask still feels like a completely new Zelda game I have never seen before, just by how advanced and absolutely gripping it was back in the day. And it will forever be my most cherished game of all time!

Can we talk about how I went to pre-order the Majora's Mask New 3DS XL bundle immediately after watching the new Nintendo Direct and it's already sold out everywhere near me? This was like three hours after it was announced! I'm a little bummed, but kinda impressed haha
I rushed to pre-order it 15 minutes after the direct. I wanted to make sure I wouldn't get shafted like with the limited Skull Kid edition of the game itself. I have the special 3DS secured... now I need to find a special MM3D game somewhere...
***** Well since the game is coming out fairly soon I doubt there will be any more pre-orders open anywhere, so my best bet is probably to go to a store early on day of release and pick one up ASAP.
The one near me still has pre orders, either they are lying to you and keeping them for their buddies or you gotta keep looking

No they didn't. They actually REDUCED the weak spot to the eye. This was done to give long-time players (like myself) more of a challenge.

Well if I remember correctly, the Bow wasn't even necessary to defeat that boss, even if it was the item you get in that temple. It makes sense that they've tweaked him so that you actually HAVE TO use the bow to defeat him.
Merry Blind Every Dungeon in Majora's Mask gives you a different type of arrow. If every boss had to be killed with a bow, that'd be boring. The best part of the bosses in Majora's Mask was figuring out how to hurt them with the any of the items you had.
Sorry to say that I won't be taking a passenger seat on this hype train...

This game was one of my first Zelda games. Seeing this trailer again is like a big nostalgia trip for me. I remember seeing it and thinking it was a fun wacky dark and emotional adventure. And it was. To this day it is one of my favorite games and I will never forget the complete awe I felt when seeing this trailer and playing the game for the first time.
Is the 3ds control better then the n64
@@hazurpee5619 ultimately that depends on who you ask. A lot of people think that the Nintendo 64 version is better because boiling it down it’s more challenging and it has a better atmosphere. Although the 3DS version is more convenient so whatever you value more. There are also a lot of comparisons online so I recommend go searching those up. Nerrel made a really good one.
All we need now is Wind Waker 3D,
Twilight Princess 3D, and Skyward Sword 3D. Like if you want these games
Eeveelutionized skyward sword is 6 GB, the average 3ds doesn’t even have enough storage to hold the game. The wii is more powerful than the 3ds and would be impossible to make a,3ds version with same goes for twilight princess.

***** MH4U NeW 3ds also costs 30 dollars more. So it's not really an added benefit. Also they aren't faceplates, but built into the console. While I understand the term faceplate is accurate, its kind of misleading as the regular new 3ds (not in america but everywhere else) have actual changeable faceplates.

Dear god, I cannot wait! I am so stoked to play my favorite Zelda game in glorious 3D. And Nintendo, you guys are very clever! The darkest and creepiest Zelda game being re-released on Friday the 13th? Ha! I love you guys. Also, I'm pretty darn sure Odalwa is the changed boss fight, as it's very much so teased in the trailer. I mean, he never had a huge eye in the back of his head. Either way, can't wait!
I think the changed fight is actually twinmold, if you watch the Japanese trailer you can see link swing twinmold around and then slam him into the ground it's pretty epic ;)
What is with all the stock issues lately? First the Gamecube adapter, then the Amiibos, and Majora's Mask 3D special edition and now the MM new 3DS XL. I understand that some of these items are limited edition and therefore you won't make many, it if the demand is so high, why not make a few more and make a few extra bucks? Nintendo, you have great items but I don't have the time to check every few hours to see if there is a new item that will be sold out in minutes.
I'm really frustrated for that...

I LOVE Majora's Mask. The atmosphere, the villain, the npcs, almost everything about the game! I just really got playing it last year and it is beautiful. Probably won't get this version though. I feel it would be too soon to go get it but it does look great.

Everything about this game sets me on edge. The music, the atmosphere, the character designs, it's all so creepy. GG Nintendo, can't wait to experience this game again.
Huh, that C-Stick function is a pretty cool feature, it reminds me of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess!
It would be nice if they added the feature to Ocarina of Time 3D as an update, if that's possible due to the game's age now.
Majoras Mask was already a smaller game than Ocarina and that remake also included the Master Quest. I'm wondering what they are adding, if anything, to this game to justify it costing the same amount. That being said, Majora is one of my favorite games of all time and I'm super excited even if it ends up being a fairly straightforward port.

Nintendo I praise your improvements on the visual presentation, the better Bomber's Notebook, the streamlined Ocarina system just like Ocarina of Time 3D, the more useful Song of Double Time, & MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE NEW & IMPROVED SAVE FEATURE THAT REALLY FEELS LIKE THE PAST ZELDA GAMES THAT I REMEMBER(In which the original N64 has one of the worst save feature I've ever seen in Zelda history. But thanks to the improved save feature, that makes progression a whole lot easier especially against something so cheap like Takkuri.)! With these things, your 3DS version of Majora's Mask will not only be the definitive version of the N64 classic, but also finally becoming one of my proper favorite 3D Zelda games. (Evil Laugh). All that's left before the February 13th release is the improvements on Stray Fairy Collecting, streamlined the use of "Elegy of Emptiness" in Stone Tower Temple, & fixing everything wrong with the infamous Great Bay Temple. I'm counting on you to make the best version of Majora's Mask ever!

Back in the fall, Nintendo said that this would be released in the Spring. It's not every day that developers decide they we're ahead of schedule, and pushed it ahead. ESPECIALLY in the video game industry.

It's games like this that makes me believe people when they say '' the 3ds is more powerful than the gamecube'' I really like how this game looks better than OoT3D like with MM 64 looking better than OoT 64. I really like the wood texture used for Deku Link.
Eyes Theory: In this game, they added Eyes to all of the bosses to make them easier to attack. Like for beginers maybe the eye is a 2nd way of stunning them.

I own this game where a pre installed "A link between worlds" is there. (And got ocarina of time when my sister was born)
Stucking foked to play through the Stone Temple Tower again. No doubt they'll add some cool new features to it (flipping the actual 3DS upside-down at certain points maybe?) to make it fresh and amazing as before.

I don't remember Odolwa ever having an eye on the top of his head. It seems strange they would add new gameplay strategies if that's what it is to the first boss. Either way it is nice to see him clearly. What i get most excited for in Zelda remakes are being able to see the bosses way more clearly
