I just got this monitor too, happy so far. Auto brightness adjustment would be cool. PotatoJet was provided with the Pro Art 4K 32" inch version of this, so he advocates for that :)

HI Martin, Very nice review, I recently bought this monitor, In my country, Asus was the only company with authorized dealership and providing local warranty as well as no additional custom charges I had to bear, \ so after alot of research I went for it. And after seeing your review I am very satisfied that I made good choice. I have a dumb question maybe, but your answer will help me to understand it. When I connected it with my Old laptop (resolution 1366*720) with extend display connected with HDMI, Text is not sharp, and everything looks stratched out. So I am also thinking to upgrade my laptop, what should I take care of while purchasing new laptop ? Should I go for USB C Type connectivity laptop options with 1080p resolutions? Or graphic cards? I do not know much about these things. Kindly let me know. Please.
Hey! thank you for the feedback and also for watching. I’m also satisfied with it and I still use it. I’m using it with my MacBook Pro so I don’t have to setup the resolution. If you’re on windows, I would try to play around with settings. However I will also upgrade to notebook capable of 4k.

Hey! thanx for stopping by :). That depends on the "color mode". For example in sRGB, these settings will be grayed out because it's calibrated to a certain "look" / image interpretation. Try to switch to Standard profile, or create your own (there are slots for user profiles) :)

@@MartinNemeth I just broke my ultrawide LG by accident and thinking about repairing or buying new one and this Asus took my attention. Too bad I can't find it in my country :(
@@akfilms6748 I'm sorry to hear that. But I believe that any Asus Pro Art will serve you well. Or, if none of those are available where you live, just re-buy the LG, or buy an updated version if it will suit your needs.
@@MartinNemeth My monitor is LG 34WK95U-W and it is pretty special, because it is almost 5K ultrawide, so I have serious dilemma what to do lol, but yeah, once you try ultrawide you can't go back :)
