Brother, you have quite possibly helped me save my marriage 😇🙏🏻
You’re very welcome 👍
😂😂😂😂😂
Super helpful! My chain broke in my apartment and I was really worried because all videos were talking about removing the whole thing to replace the chain which would be very hard to do alone, but your fix has worked wonderfully!
You’re welcome 👍
Everyone else takes the blind down - so annoying and time wasting - you on the other hand have offered me the best possible workaround - Well done! I need to replace corroded blind chains and not only that replace with longer chains than originally installed.
Thank you for such clear instructions.
You are the man! I’ve successfully re attached these cords a few times before and every time has been a struggle. This has been a super useful way of doing it. Thank you
100% Apollo Roman Blind Fix! the Continue to roll manually until Cord feeds through is Amazing advice, thanks

Noooo way mine literally broke last night and this popped up on my recommended 😂
Lol good timing 👍
Can you please update us on how did you go? I removed the chain completely and I cant put it back on properly 😭
Thanks bill great helpful vid! Maybe use a mic headset or do a
Voiceover next one as the sound is really hard to hear. Cheers champion! ☺️👍🏻
Thank you for that, I broke mine. If I may say, the sound is a tad screeching due to the flat/house being unfurnished; and perhaps, doors & windows being closed. I would suggest you listen/watch your helpful (future) videos to correct any problems. Thank you ol' chap :)
You’re welcome. I may have to look into a microphone 👍

Don't waste your money Bill. Its obviously an empty house and that's how anyone would expect it to sound.
After all, you are producing How To videos, not pushing for a Logie 😎
Lol
I just used captions, worked great. Thanks Bill 😃
Crappy comment. He's trying to help people and by having good quality audio, he'll do so more effectively. It's cheap for a good lav mic and it'd likely result in more user retention and favourable analytics. Probably a great idea.
Oh and great video BTW!
Thanks for this guide
Your absolutely amazing 🤩 thank you save money 💴 😊
You’re welcome 👍
Thank you!
Thanks help a lot
Can you do a tutorial on repairing a broken nylon blinds cord - fusing the parts together again?
Please, most likely would be appreciated. :)
Next time I come across one 👍
What size joiner to buy please. Where do you measure? Brilliantly clear instructions otherwise, thank you.
Fixed mine !!! Thanks so much ❤for
Nice Bill. Thanks mate
You’re welcome 👍
Nice work Billy boy !
Brilliant!
Many a blind has taken to much time to fix, until now when you know "Bill's How To" method. Unfortunately I currently have no blinds to fix. ;)
Thanks...can this trick works with the vertical blinds as well?
If it’s a beaded chain it will be the same👍
Nice tutorial cheers.
You’re welcome 👍
Enquiry - is there a video clip in your library that provides guidance on how to repair a crack/s in the painted render on a solid brick wall (laundry/bath room) and whether Bunnings sell the required materials and tools - most videos refer to repairs on dry wall plaster.
Hi I have cracked/creased blinds, it looks exactly like the blinds in your video. Are you able to show us how to repair it if it’s a possible repair? I’m in rental and I’m afraid my landlord is going to claim my bond to repair. Thank you
My guy!! Thank you
Thank you so much
Omg this worked! Thank you so much 🥹🙌🏻
جزاك الله خيراً

Great vid mate! Do you have any tips on repairing the same type of blind that won’t stay in place. For eg, the weight of the hanging part of blind just rolls out til it’s fully rolled out.
You need a new clutch mechanism
Having trouble with the size of the beads . Went to Bunnings, they were all different size connectors bro . How can I figure out the size . (3.5mm, 4mm and 4.5 mm )
Thankyou. Do you have any ideas to fix floor trim, gaps between bad tiles n wall gap. I hope im making some sense. Im renting a house but its in a bad shape with problem everywhere.
If you can email me some photos I may be able to help 👍
How do I figure out the mm of the broken chain before ordering?
Thanks Bill nice trick but where can we get this conector from👍👍
Links in the description and bunnings sell smaller size beads
Great video, thanks! Also, you should invest in a mic!
He has invested in a mic - proof of that is, you can hear him. What he needs is better placement of his mic to reduce capture of the echo in the space in which he is demonstrating the repair.
Last thing I would do is remove the chain from the sidewinder. With both ends available, using the correct tool, just join the two ends together.
Ball Chain pliers are not cheap, but when you now how to use them make this repair easy and you do not need to reset any stops.
Thanks
Issue I have is the beads keep coming out of the bead connector when I pull the chain. How do I stop this from happening?
The connector needs to match the size of the beads👍
I have a fool proof method of fixing those, toss them in the bin and install curtains... I hate them.
people want to fix the chain to where its indistinguishable to a broken link.... so that it works with automation motors...
bro.. but my chain is cut off in the middle. how to fix it? it's not a broken connection.
Very difficult to hear you because of the echoing
Yep it did
👍🏽👍🏽
UGH! They installed my blind reversed,no way can I feed the chain in at the back and roll it up😒
@valleygirl5832 Same with mine. Did you figure out what to do?
@@debbiedavidson4417 Yep. I waited until the old Man came home ,he took it down ,and fed it in as he normally does. .Not much help though is it, so frustrating...
OUCH.......VERY LOUD
Can u stop talking we don't wanna hear that just tell us to do it and that's it
Thank you! 😊
