Which ship fits you best can depend on play style and tendencies. But also people tend to prioritize targeting powerful ships since they are a bigger threat, so you might have everyone firing at you instead of your teammates since Stalingrad has a reputation for being overpowered.

OK, I really don’t care…I just put that in to get attention…my real comment is this: with one of the slickest looking camos in the entire game, is it considered sacrilege to put anything else on Stalingrad? 😂
Good game, aimed slightly higher and central shell placement on the last yamato so explains only two cits, look to aim ahead to land shell under his front guns (you know it yourself bro) even at 17km like the first yamato you can 2-3 salvo him provided you don't get robbed by RNG
Stalinchad is a one dimensional boat that has little battle impact overall. It cannot bully cruisers or DD's out of a cap as it has no torps to defend itself with. It has a short radar duration, and has no smoke or long sonar like the Napoli or Venetzia. The Stalingrad is a fine backyard sniper, but it has no chance as a support ship or pushing into Caps with a Cruiser or a DD in it. Basically a Russian BB in a Cruiser shell. Great Sniper, poor utility.
It has the largest caliber guns with the highest velocity, longest range radar, most HP and incredible armor scheme. It will struggle against DPM cruisers that bow tank it but it is by far one of the best cruisers at the tier and probably the game

That is only for angled shots. Broadside you need to hit in the middle
