I think I understand the terminology(Wind,Water) with application now. Just like water, always flowing never stopping, and like wind, always changing unpredictable, unseen but felt. Cool!

It's the no hesitation, get it get out with quick and direct aggression. Its slow only in the demonstration of where the technique could go. His partner engaged quickly and untelegraphed, which I can respect causing the attack to be in real time. Thank you for closing the gap on real world application for now, not something outdated

Trust me, the Bujinkan suffers from excessive larping and high ranking individuals who can barely throw a strike. Regardless of how legit koga or this instructor is, at least he has skill, can use it under some form of resistance, and is physically able to move.

Ninjutsu? No ninjutsu tradition has survived in history. The knowledge of the ninja has flowed into other schools.
Anyone who claims to do ninjutzu today, is not doing anything other than folklore.

Thats not entirely true. The thing is we are talking martial arts politics. Most people will agree with you because no one is practicing infiltration. Most ninjitsu now is taijutsu. so in that sense i guess you're right. But in a whole if you actually know ninjitsu you know that it was very broad like karate, or kung fu. I wouldn't exactly say ninjitsu does not exist. And lets just say I agree with you. There are many arts being practiced that were under the samurai. Many will accept samurai martial arts exist but not ninjitsu?? Shinobi were even disguised as samurai working for the shogun. Thats why within ninjutsu taijutsu and other samurai martial arts its essentially the same.
