I give these men lots of Credit for practicing their art into their Senior years. NOTE: I would change the focus to more hand grappling and hand strikes as when we get older, it become more difficult to maintain balance.

You must understand that Grandmaster is teaching from a platform to reach all levels of practitioners. To say these TECHNIQUES won't work is immature and shows lack of true Bushido. Bushido begins with having the right SPIRIT, and RESPECT. A true WARRIOR, who knows how to do combat, understands the value of these jewels, and would know how to fight with them. Remember that Jujutsu is older than KARATE and yes, Karate have moves that are also in Jujutsu. You can find this in the breakdown of a lot of KARATE KATA. Sanuces Ryu Jiu Jitsu has Goshin-Do KARATE as one of its components. Ush! EYE-TO-EYE!
