I've watched many a video reviewing this guitar Jon, and they convinced me, sight unseen, to buy it. I've got a US Tele and 60th anniversary Strat, PRS Mira and Carvin T7FM, all great axes, but for many reasons, the Zach has become one of my favourite guitars I have ever owned. I agree with all your accolades, think it sounds utterly fantastic and platys just as well clean as distroted, has great sustain, love the neck, and one thing I'd add is just how damn comfortable it is ergonomically. I love the way they sculpted the lower neck cutout and the body's rounded edges. The neck is so playable too. Great video and I'd recommend it to anyone also. Many have said, like you, that if it had sold at twice the price, it would not be surprising.
Bought mine a week ago. its a fantastic guitar. zero complaints and its definitely worth the money.

Such an amazing guitar bone stock. Perfect LP/PRS/Semi-hollow blend. I feel bad for wanting the 245s pickups in my other guitars haha. Beautiful fit an finish, just wish I had one sooner.

I just stumbled upon your channel because I have two PRS guitars, a hollowbody and an acoustic, love them both but I just noticed a Zach Myers from a shop in Ontario only that one is in green and some guy had them install Gotoh locking tuners and a set of Lollar Imperial humbuckers on it, then he traded it back in about a month later. Haha. The guy at the shop told me he's just one of those guys who does that all the time, he doesn't keep guitars for more than a few months. I'd been looking for the green version for a while but they're not that easy to get, so this one with the upgrades sounded great. I bought it but it hasn't shipped to me yet, will probably take a week or so. In the meantime I was watching some videos of people doing demos of this model and of all that I've seen, I like your demo the best. You're a Hell of a player and gave a great description. Thanks, brother!

Just got (literally yesterday) an 2011 se 245, with 85/15 pickups and there is NO WAY I am changing thrm out. They rock.
This is the most beautiful PRS SE and most affordable for an Artist series. The old one (Tampas Green color) is beautiful as well.

Very nice review. I like the fact that you covered such a big variety of tones with great playing. After thinking and trying it for almost a year, I took the plunge and this week this guitar should be at home. My only suggestion for future videos, lose the mic, it takes a lot of the frame and it is unfair to you, your awesome work and the product you are reviewing, you can use it overhead or perhaps a lavalier.
Nice, I have a 2016 Korean one. I like how the newest one has binding. That always seemed lacking and one area they cut costs before, makes it look a little more upmarket. Cool to see they upgraded it slightly since I got mine. Jeez, didn't realize I have had mine so long lol.
imo the zach meyers SE the 08/24 SE and the Pauls guitar SE are easy some of the best vallue guitars you can get at the moment all 3
Hey a few months down the line thank you very much for the review but how do you think this would stand vs an Epiphone 1959 with all the gibson electronics in it ?
hi man, does this guitar's tuners play well? I watched many reviews of this guitar on UA-cam and almost Reviewers said this didn't stay in tune and they had to change a new tuners. I really love this guitar so i'm really nervous about that.
Your playing is great as well.
I haven't had issues with tuning stability. I have greased the saddles and nut and it improved more. Could be QC, but I wouldn't be scared off by tuning- you can help it by lubricationb

For what its worth, I have the same 2021 PRS ZM guitar and I have absolutely no problems with it staying in tune.
Nice video bro. How do you compare the neck profile to say a LP?
Thinner than a typical LP. I would say 60s gibson thin neck type of thing. It's wider though
Thanks for the review! It helped me get one too in this colour. This guitar sounds really close to my les paul but has so much more midrange and is much more alive sounding. Did you have any suggestions on pickup replacements? I like the sound but wondering if i should put in rio grande bbq buckers in it or something else?
3rd power magfrag pickups are hands down the best I've heard.

Comes setup with 9s. I re set up the guitar with 10s. Not too bad to adjust to 10s
@@CHRONOSMUSIC Yeah...I like 10's too, you can bend 'em, but still get some nice chord tones out of them. I just may order one of these. PS...I checked out your recommended Dealer, they look real good. Thanks.

I did. Off of my Custom 24 that I replaced don't like other people's names on my instruments haha.
