This is a really nice home. Love the elevation. The finishes and storage are more than enough. Like the flooring as well. Only negatives are no niche in baths for hair products or soap, no towel bars installed. Id definitely consider this home, but not sure about living so far from family and friends.

The exterior design of this home does appeal to me, it’s one of the styles I have in mind for my man cave. The clean, minimalist, modern lines is my style. The main downside to me, and there’s maybe 2-3 for me is the square footage, is that it’s just about 400sq ft. Shy of what I’d like in total living space. I need a tub in the primary bedroom to soak my achy bones 🤷🏻♂️ lol. I can do my own tile backsplash so that’s not really a big deal. It’s nice home and you did a nice job with this presentation . I am wondering who the home home builder is though, if you care to share.

My mother lived in Silver Springs many years ago but currently lives in Marion Oaks Ocala and so I use her home size (1900sq ft) to gauge the homes I look at. Are you based in Ocala?
