To those who said her sons were rude, please re-evaluate your values. They were not making fun of her. The mimicking was in a playful manner. It shows how close they are. That's how a relationship turn out when you're strict with them but still shower them with lots of love.
Some developers they do sell their show unit which comes with all the furniture and ID. Usually it is when all their units are sold. Know that the developer put in lots of money to make their show unit as wow as possible. Sometimes the renovation and the furniture of the show unit can be as much as the price of the house itself.
How is that the developers fault ? They are showing you what your house can look like. So it’s Up to you how you furnish it . I can’t believe your complaining
We are keen to move to Malaysia for our winter home. Grateful to find your videos. From your assessment, is the construction well done? I’m rather particular about quality having seen some “needs improvement and needs quality control” joinery in our KL and 2 Johor Bahru Airbnb’s.
Welcome to Malacca or Melaka is the centre of Malaya now Malaysia most historic city state... with very well inteconnected roadworks.. and about 2 hours from the KL airport.. about 4 hours to Singapore.. and 2 hours to KL city centre.. depending on traffic..
Its too big. 😮 Its tiring to clean the house later. When we getting older we no need big house. Minimalist but prefer big backyard for the landscape like waterfall and fish ponds Like in the garden. Also swimming pool . 😊.
she has money..she can get maids...whats the point of working your ass off and having loads of money and unable to spend it?? u only live once so make this life the best especially if u can afford it??
excellent presentation. ( if they didn't pay for this-you must ask the developers to pay at least 50k ringgit for this presentation) its amazing to see a burka clad woman has so much positive attitude and superb communicational skill. what are you sister? ( I've already subbed and pressed bell icon)
Don't get the glass balustrade! They're a nightmare to clean and get hand prints off. And they look so awful if there's even one streak or smear ..Could just be me and my OCD Lol - All the best!
I would be curious to see if there are properties for sale that are more practical in size. This home is luxurious and spacious. For some Muslims looking to leave the West and relocating in an Islamic country, like Malaysia, the price of the property plus the cost of relocating and furnishing makes it unrealistic for many. I'm sure there are families that would be comfortable with a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home if that meant affordability and a chance to live in an Islamic land. Are there properties in Malaysia being sold to foreigners that are sized at 1,500 sq ft? This is a more practical option that won't drain someone's savings. It's still a comfortable size home. Moving abroad means you need financial security. For different income levels a smaller property means they reserve some savings to live off of or possibly use to invest in a business. Not all families are looking for the indulgence of a large space, but they're only seeking decent comfort in a country where the Adhan is heard and where their Muslim kids feel included in Islamic societal norms. Just some of my thoughts.
That is the thing that you could get for the required sum amount for the mm2h visa. If you're applying for retirement scheme mm2h visa in malaysia you either need to put deposit in local banks or buy you a house, let say amounting rm1M then that is the house you will get with that amount of money. For us local people there're plentiful affordable home for us which way cheaper decent affordable house for us although the size isnt as grandeur but is a nice comfy home. For foreigners, if you're entitled for mm2h visa then the house is 'given' to th visa holder
@@Ameng3471 I understand now. I think putting the required amount into the bank to meet the visa requirements and buying a smaller, less expensive, property would suit more people. If that's allowed then the sum of money put into the bank would be a safety net for new residents. It would still benefit the Malaysian economy. New residents could buy a car, invest in a business, or just have enough to cover bills and expenses for a few years until they secured a job.
@@alur2005tech im not too sure about that as there are some requirement in the visa which specifically mention the minimum house price that the applicant allowed to purchase. You might not allowed to buy property which supposedly built for local. Our govt really protect the locals livelihood and preventing wealthy foreigner take advantage and deprive the locals. But dont quote me on that, u gotta find the fine details in mm2h visa requirement on the mixture of deposit and house purchase

salaam sister, so my question to you is what is the hoa ( homeowners association ) fee? like being able to use the large pool? is there a monthly fee to live there? and does that also include garbage pick?
@sairahayati I am sorry but what would you or your kids do there? What is the future for your kids once they are in their professional lives? Pls do a video on that so we can a big picture. Buying a house and shifting to a new country is a serious business.
Can you let me know if units are still available as well as how much to expect in monthly fees for HOA (if there is one), taxes, etc? I’ll likely reach out to you depending on how much that runs.
Are they your children? If so are how do you manage their education? are they going to public, private schools or just home schooling? what the price per child for school in malaysia? and how do you manage visit back home for family stay in europe (Parents, borther, sister etc.) ? Are they happy here or they missed home?
