@@iamjosegreyes Maybe in that room in the garage we didn't see? Anyway, I loved the all the windows. It was a real plus that they had the forethought to put that skylight in the guest bath since there was no outside wall for a window. I hate it when the bathrooms don't have a natural light source.

Meaning foundation, block, etc. There are some manufactured homes in certain areas, as well as wood frame homes. This one is a block home. Hopefully that helps. Hello and thank you for watching the tour. I agree with you. Two of the bedrooms upstairs were definitely smaller than I thought it would be. They could’ve reduced the space in the hallway area between the rooms also to give more space for the rooms and not necessarily sacrifice the sitting room. I’ve lived in Orlando all of my life since ‘89. I’ve watched this city grow much like you have. Cost of living has definitely gone up quite a bit due to supply and demand. It’s city beautiful. Many want to live here due to the tourism and lifestyle. Ocala and Citrus Springs have become the to go to cities for families to relocate to, and for folks to retire. For now it offer great opportunities. Ocala is growing rapidly, and Citrus is trying to catch up. Prices will begin to rise here too in the long run. A lot of growth and job opportunities are coming soon to Ocala. I’d be happy to get on a call with you a chat a little more about it. I always enjoy listening to different views. Hello James! Thank you for watching the tour. In reviewing the drone footage there is a house behind this one. You can't really see it because of the trees that weren't cleared by the builder. If anything a tree line can be left in place to provide privacy if some of the remaining trees are cleared out to a certain point. This one does have great finishes. Unfortunately a criminal will commit crime wherever and whenever. We can only take measures to protect our families wherever we are. @@3sons66 I appreciate the feedback. The back patio is definitely a feature I didn’t like for this one. For the price they are asking for you should have a covered patio, or at least a cement slab. The exterior is taking on a minimalist design. Some like that, some prefer a little more involvement with the design. I feel like everything is still COVID priced. Some homes, gas, food, etc. What areas interest you when it comes to finding a home?

The measurements I took from their website. This one only has one walk in closet. If you were to raise the wire shelves and add shelves underneath you could maximize the space there.
