I'm so grateful for this video! I am a new founder of a tech startup and I was looking for explanations and terms to measure for my site. You have a great way of explaining things. New sub!
I love your comment and this is super helpful!! I'm gonna attempt to displaying and representing data like this. I have a dumb question though, how did you go about collecting the data for the cohort data? I'm assuming there is a tool that would aggregate this data?
Thanks for the description. How do you propose approaching these metrics when you work in a company with a suite of products and a PM is responsive for one product end to end, but acquisition numbers account for the company as a whole? For example, a customer experience platform with chatbots, live chat and email marketing offerings. How should the email marketing PM look at CAC in this situation when creating their models? Asking for a friend 😅
Haha fair question. I normally think of CAC on a per product basis: the marketing campaigns/budget and the sales team that was needed to drive sales to one specific product. We happen to have 2 products, so we split the marketing team cost by half when calculating CAC, assuming that the same dedication goes to one product and the other.
@@StartupClubTV yeah i mean this video isn’t uploaded in HDR like the other Slidebean videos, which are great but a bit difficult to watch in a dark room coz of the HDR!
Hi, I'm looking for an Angel Investor for our EdTech startup. Our Education Technology startup is dedicated to simplifying and enhancing higher learning experiences, spanning SHS, College, University, Grad School, Review School and Law School, while making them more accessible, affordable, and enjoyable. We are seeking the support of an Angel Investor to propel our mission forward as we continue to refine and test our MVP. The amount is only $20,000.

Awesome video!!!
Amazing content and valuable information as a 24 year old co founding a startup! Liked & subscribed, Thank you!
Wow, what a great video! Thank for sharing! I’m in doubt about churn, several companies also add the number of acquired customers in the denominator
Love this.

@@StartupClubTV great point, thank you!
Please make a video on Accrual Accounting and other similar accounting techniques used by businesses to save on taxes legally!
😁
Que gato Caya! Muy bien explicado todo.
🫶🏼 Pura vida!
6:01 a small math presentation error there I believe. $49 x 1/5% supposed to be $49 x 20. Not $49 x 1/20.
thanks for turning off the HDR 👍🏻🤝🏻
Did we?

True I hate HDR waste of battery even though I have many HDR screens.
It's like anaglyph 3D screen when you didn't need them.
Did Caya almost accidentally say Meth subscription 😂
Yes 😅
