      Just going more in depth with a full video on these two minute snippets would be great, like when he was talking about how crucial it is to keep your NPS consistent, a whole video on that would help immensely

    I've watched this video three times, and each viewing has revealed something incredibly valuable. It really made me priorize about strategies to make my future product go viral and how to effectively build a supportive network around it.

    it would be much better if you talked about the nuts and bolts of what you used to collect and visualize these metrics as getting that right TODAY will be better than knowing what to do tomorrow

    Great video! What are your thoughts about platforms, where both a) the value users get and b) the revenue per user, are dependent on how many other users are using the platform?
    In this case both your unit economies and NPS are going to be very bad until you reach the critical mass within a small atomic network.
    Any advice on what the metrics should be for such a platform in the early days and how to know whether your product can eventually make it?
