    as loud as the phoenix is, this seems significantly louder...what say you? i have only shot the phoenix and have only seen vids on the rpm as none of the shops near me have them.

    So basically this is a more affordable lever action bow. I see those Onedia's go for around 800-1300 bucks. Is it a high quality build or feel like a solid shooter? I wanted a Onedia last year but couldn't afford. This looks like a better alternative.

      brand new $500 good deal. make sure you get the one set up for your draw and weight preference. $1k too much for a bow that shoots like their predecessors

      All aluminum hardware. Nice solid lever bow for the money.

      Oneida bows are very high quality, easily maintained, and last for a long time. The RPM Nitro is definitely going to require more maintenance and adjustment as it's used over weeks and months. I bought a Chinese made bow that's based on the Liberty Archery mini-bow (Liberty-1) and was not that impressed with it's build quality. It's usable, but not great. If I could afford a Liberty-1 I would rather have gotten that. You might be disappointed with the build quality of a Chinese made bow.

      Did you get it? You care to give me some insights. I am ordering Nitro MAG with custom cables and string from LeverActionArchery France. It is expensive after all custom fees calculated. I will pay 1000 usd here in Europe for that bow. Trump politics has no mercy to us archers also :(

      @@zoxwolf2133 Did you get yours yet? I'm currently looking into buying either one, but yeah. Oneidas are just too expensive.
      I saw the nitro at USD 499.99
      You had to pay 1000 in total to get it through customs?

      I got the bow, it is one beautiful piece of machine. I got it trough LeverActionArchery France and it cost me cca 900 euro after all customs. Stock cables are no good but trough them i got custom cables and install these. New cables are made from airgrade galvanised steel and very nicely done. I think stock string is tad too long so i will make new one. It draw smooth and shoots like rocket louncher :)
      I hope it will last long and i am glad about parts availability. Parts are not even so expencive and you dont need bow press so you can maintain your bow by your own all time which i like...
      Cheers mate

    Oneida slayer! hahaha funniest shit ive read all day! lmfao the rpm is junk and will never compare to an Oneida. every single buddy of mine who bought one to try out sold it after two or three times of taking it out and went right back to their Oneidas. the rpm is loud as hell and much heavier. just sounds like to me you dont want to spend the money for a better quality bow (in every way). you pay for what you get. just an fyi at my local bow shop the other day there were three rpms in for repair because the thin coating on the cables were gone and the cables were completely shot. on two of em the timing cables were done so they sure do hold up and they are great quality right....... oh and what do ya know not one oneida in the shop to be repaired.

    • @zoxwolf2133
      @zoxwolf2133 6 років тому +4

      Oneida always been bloated overexpensive piece of hardware and all bows end up in for repair some day so dont speak BS. It is funny how some ppl like to shit everywhere just because they bought something expensive. Seen that before. And yes, regarding the price it is oneida slayer and i doubt that you can call this bow a piece of shit.
      Cheers

    • @huntercantley6508
      @huntercantley6508 6 років тому

      Zox Wolf no I’m talking shit because it’s the truth 😂😂😂 and if you know how to take care of your equipment you’ll never need repairs. Maybe a few tweaks here and thee but I’ve never had any of my bows in a shop to have repairs

    • @zoxwolf2133
      @zoxwolf2133 6 років тому +4

      How much loud, how much heavier, what about accuracy, what about speed??? What part is badly designed and what easily break and what not?? Care for decent review and comparison since you know?
      We all need facts to make decision and to say that some product is a junk is a little bit over my head. It look like a decent product to me and since it is double cheaper than Oneida, i am interested. Just for your info, imagine that your newest Oneida bow to you cost like 2200 usd! Would you buy it??? Cheapest Oneida to me cost 1300 Euro which is more than a double the price for ppl in US. Flagship oneida cost like more than 2000 Euro.
      I ordered my Nitro MAG and payed well above 1000 USD for that bow.

      At least RPM has customer service. I mailed Oneida 2 times because I wanted to buy the Phoenix but I have never got a reply back. I mailed RPM and they gave me a reply within an hour. They provided great service and I had my RPM customized to have all the silver parts be black. It looks like an Oneida but 700$ cheaper and it shoots perfectly.
