Why is the volume difference so high between the parts where the music is at the forefront, and when it is in the background while the guys are talking? I keep having to turn up the volume when they're talking, then have to turn it down to half strength again whenever it's just music (like at the very end, for example), because it's way too loud. Strange considering the gin and tonic swilling men who all went to africa and such in the late 1800s

Thank you, James May, for not letting us wait for 2 weeks. To show what not to do at The Royal Oak, just of the A30. 😊

I miss when this channel wasn't just an ad for gin.

At least it's a comedic ad for gin and includes James May.

@Der Frosch-Prinz Aus Bayern Right? One could argue that the bug-out bunker videos were just subtle ads for products like Lurpack with how often they got brought up, and that doesn't even support May (unless he has shares in that company as well).

James doesn’t have my financial interest in either this channel or DriveTribe anymore. I assume that promoting his own stuff is the way of paying him to be on the channel.

Have you tried baked gin-beans already?
Or something like gin meat pie or gin instead of water for bread?

That was pretty funny. 😂 When they started talking about using gin in the cure I thought "hmmm interesting", then when they started adding gin to everything else, especially the eggs I didn't think it would pan out too well. I love gin, but in my martinis or gin & tonics, not too sure about foods. Thanks for the links, I'm going to have to try some of your gin sometime.

I don't know why but "Gin-flambeed, roasted tomato. Smells of gin, tastes of tomato" cracked me up. It's like some sort of mutation you get from cross-breeding or radiation.
