I love seeing James, self made millionaire, nothing to prove, just having fun, doing experiments. He always delivers. I once spent 40, enjoyable, minutes watching him repair a Hornby train. I have no interest in Hornby trains. He is becoming a bit of an enigma. Great bloke. Utter respect.

It's due to the mixer not actually using a phone to play back the final UA-cam video. They typically use desktop speakers or headphones, and mix for playback levels on those.
Overdriven audio again at the end of the video at the 9:47 mark. It sounds like the levels were not adjusted properly for that section, was worse than the earlier overdriven audio at 7:56 Was definitely peaking well past where it should have on the audio meter.

I do realize it’s English breakfast but it’s a missed opertunity for the mustard gin. Would go very well with the sugar on the bacon and english breakfast needs black pudding/blood sausage ofc and that combines very nicely with mustard.
Not turning this into a US vs Canada vs Scotland vs the R UK but... Bacon. Back is decent, streaky is decent so... In Scotland we have Ayrshire middle bacon.
