Nvidia is one of the most valuable companies in this world right now.
They make insane amounts of profit with their AI GPUs for ChatGPT for example.
The profit margins are insane!
Their gaming gpu branch is literally nothing compared to this.
They could even stop selling consumer GPUs entirely and would probably make even more money selling their AI acceleration cards.
This is the reality.
There won't be any price drops anytime soon

Nah, not experienced in cpu's yet. Plus this is only a theoretical result. No chip really has been made. Nvidia is just really good with marketing. Overal AMD has the best price/quality on gpu and cpu but their marketing sucks. Thats why nvidia has a bigger share on the gpu marketplace

That's not how any of this works. igpus are completely handicapped because of low vram, bus size, and so on. The reason they can perform really good in some games like Valorant and CSGO is because those are extremely undemanding games that have been optimized to oblivion.

Still need special ARM version of Windows or Linux and most software probably won’t run since the chip architecture is different. Obviously this was designed for a certain market unless you want to play mobile games on the expensive hardware you can get your hands on.
Or they can put it in the switch and we can finally play Pokemon Scarlet and Violet above 10 fps.

Both already coexist nowadays in consumer level (M1 and M2 chip and x86 CPu) so as long as the ecosystem start to mixed or saturated (for example Apple start sold M1 cpu that could be build with separate mainboard,RAM,etc like X86) than the competition trully start.

NVIDIA is doing CPUs since 2010 or so, the Nivea tegra . The tegra 2 and 3 were very predominant on the market of tablets. The Nexus 7 used the tegra 3 and ASUS transformer tablets used it too, And now the Nintendo Switch uses a tegra X1 that were 2 years old at the time of the release.
