Nice to a legit knowledgeable company in Fl to be honest.
I've been heavy construction for 35 years, and some of the stuff I have seen allowed in home construction down there was disgusting.

Thanks for watching in your comment. Yes there are some shady builders here and there, but there are some good ones. Also appreciate your kind comments about my company.

Dale, it isn't typical to have the cap of a wall as wide as you made here, and it's really attractive! I also like that you ran the boards parallel to the water. I never used the Manta Ray earth anchor but see its utility. What a great job, Dale.
PS. Sorry you missed me at Pensacon!

@@DaleWHickman You guys do incredible work. Sorry I can't hire you since I don't have a water front property as much as I want one. Oh well. is what it is.

Great job as usual - Any chance of getting some info on the doggos in a vid? Names, ages, etc.

Dale, when you vibrate pilings in front and behind a failing wall doesn't the dirt compact even more and push the wall? Thanks, nice work by the way.

Thanks for watching my channel and your comment. Yes, some of the cheaper walls they’re not tied back properly or if the tieback rod are corroded I have seen them pop so we try to take precautions when we are doing this to not create a bigger mess.

Dale - great and informative videos! Question about hardware: what are your thoughts on galvanized ASTM 153 bolts/nuts vs 316 Stainless? What is the cost difference? If using 1/2” galvanized should stainless be larger since it isn’t as strong?
My marine engineer spec’d ASTM 153 galvanized for my wall/dock and that is what seems to be used in most cases up here in Va Beach.

Thanks for watching my channel. I do prefer hot dipped galvanize as long as it’s not in a heavy salt corrosion atmosphere as far as the cost difference I don’t have that readily available in front of me. Stainless steel is definitely gonna cost you considerably more.

Thanks for watching my channel and your question sorry it took so long. I guess I skipped over it. We have four of them the average between 16 and 40 and 21 and 40.
