- Hong Kong is home to one of the best food scenes in the world and in this video we’re trying all the must eat dishes in Hong Kong. From traditional clay pot rice to juicy Islamic beef dumplings, there is definitely something here for every taste and every budget. Join us as we eat the best dishes in Hong Kong. We start off early in the morning with a steaming bowl of fish belly and beef congee at Mui Kee before we make our way to one of Hong Kong’s many cha chaan tengs for a super tasty beef and egg sandwich. For lunch, we hit up Joy Hing, one of the most popular spots in Hong Kong for all sorts of juicy roasted meats like char siu, siu yuk and roast goose, before we get our rice on with traditional clay pot rice. If plate loads of meat and rice are too much, we also check out light and tasty beef brisket noodles, the epic mapo burrata at Second Draft and the ultimate must-eat… dim sum! The BBQ pork and Goose and White rise are probably the only things I will be able to eat in Hong Kong because dislike most of the non standard meat and side dishes. I specially dislike fish.
