Thanks for sharing! I used black tea instead of earl grey and topped my cheesecake with boba. Tastes exactly like the drink! Amazing! However, I accidentally used regular whipping cream instead of heavy whipping cream and my cheesecake started to melt/collapse when I took it out of the mold. Do you think that’s the reason why?
@@karenChinese If you used 11g of gelatine powder, it shouldn't happen. I do recommend refrigerating the cheesecake for at least 8 hours but overnight is ideal for it to completely set.
Mine has a lot of air bubbles on it and I couldn’t seem to remove it. Do you have any advise on how I can remove them besides the tapping and that last step?
Yes, you can. This is a no bake cheesecake so it will not rise. Your cheesecake will just be higher in a 8 inch. But you may line the pan with high parchment paper to be safe so your filling doesn't spill out. Store overnight for best results. Enjoy!
For this specific version, you can’t because that’s what helps the cheesecake set. Alternatively, you may replace the gelatine powder powder with three whole eggs and BAKE the cake in the oven at 420 F for 15 min, 225 F for 1hr 10 min and turn off the oven and leave inside for another hour. This will make a dense cheesecake- a New York cheesecake texture. Add 3 tbsp corn starch, 1 tsp vanilla, 180 sugar when baking as well- rest recipe remains same without gelatine.
Very very good I love it keep it up 👍
Very well done! Keep it up
Delicious 🤤

Hi, did you use gelatine powder to set the cheesecake? It shouldn’t happen if you’ve used gelatine.
Desserts & More yes, I used gelatin, so I’m not what happened

May I know why you need to add cinnamon powder? Can I skip if I don't have?

In addition to tapping and using a spatula, you can pop the air bubbles with corners of a neatly folder paper towel.
If I just have 8 inch fold pan, also can follow this recipe?
