    I just made this, turned out so beautiful!
    Here’s what i found :
    - It was too sweet for my palate, so i adjusted the amount of sugar by 3/4. I wonder if 1/4 cup of lemon juice or sour cream would help. I love cheesecake that a lil bit tangy!
    -I would recommend that you let the earl grey infused cream to sit overnight in the fridge to amplify the flavor. Make them a day ahead 😁.
    - a lil bit too cakey in my opinion. So i would cut down the cornstarch to 1 tbsp😁 or i wonder was it bcs i divided the batter to two 5 inch cake pans , so i should’ve reduced the baking time?
    Overall it was a really good cheesecake! Adding earl grey to cheesecake is a really good idea! Once again, thank you so much for sharing this recipe!! 😁❤️❤️❤️

    I just bake this recipe, is the inside of the cake so wet when it still hot/room temp? Mine like that. But not wet after cooling down in chilled.

      Yes, so the inside is supposed to be gooey after it’s baked, but then it forms up more when you chill it. How does it taste?

      @@eatswithjamie i have this smelling malfunction called Parosmia because the post-covid situation so i couldn't taste it.
      But my family said it's good.
      I thought i pull it up from the oven too early, because the texture is soooo wet & watery. But the cake texture is solid tho.

    What does 1c 2c mean ? What’s the weight for that

      c stands for cup. Here are the measurements converted to weight:
      905 g. cream cheese
      6 eggs
      4 g. vanilla extract
      200 g. sugar
      475 g. heavy cream
      8-10 earl grey tea bags
      3 g. salt
      40 g. all-purpose flour OR 16 g. cornstarch
