7:22 someone hasn’t figured out that you can gain speed by sliding down hills and continuing that momentum by gliding. Also galeclaw is such a grea glider. By just figuring things out, I’ve managed to travel so fast in this game without crazy mounts.
I actually like this mechanic so much that I just made a slide launch ramp at my base just for fun.

      I love hill sliding lol
And you can also invest skill points into your stamina. A few levels makes a world of difference.

Comparing Foxparks and Vulpix is interesting. Fun fact: a lot, a LOT of Palworld is based on Norse mythology. While Vulpix is based on the Asian Kisune, fox spirits often depicted with multiple tales, the Nordic have a legend about a literal fire fox, a fox whose tale was made of fire, than ran thru the snow and created the northern lites. So, at face value, "fox with the fire attribute" might seem similar, but the two creates are based on entirely different mythology from entirely different cultures.
Also, Palworld has a multi taled fire elemental creature literally named Kitsune, but everyone says "Foxparks = Vulpix" because no one wants to do any actual research lol

Great Video! 😁 I will agree that movement and therefore traversal feels bad. But very quickly exploring becomes super fun with the mounts you unlock. At almost every point from combat to movement pals offer something better than the standard equipment the player can use without pals. By lvl 6 you unlock your first mount to ride and at lvl 7 the first one for gliding. Both of these IMMEDANTLY make exploring feel so much better. Not to mention when you finally hit lvl 15 and get your first flying mount. This completely changes traversal and how you approach it.
Also I think the doing a task manually thing and having to click a second time to collect the item stems from multiplayer. It allows anyone to help craft an item but then gives freedom to who picks it up. It also allows me to craft upgrades for friends, I can craft it, leave the item at the bench and my friend and come by and pick it up. Some upgrades like the feed bag can't be dropped after crafting and have to be picked up at the bench.
I hope they fix things and optimize the game in the future. I think it deserves to be played for years to come. Either way I'm having fun playing it now.

I have never considered dipping Oreo Thins in peanut butter. I've gotta try that, because I don't get Oreos often because they just have too much cream a lot of the time.
